It was a cute hotel with a nice concept. The rooms were clean but didn’t have as many amenities as normal. The neighbors next door were loud but hotel staff was kind enough to tell them to pipe down. Overall a pleasant stay

We loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I stay here every time we visit Phoenix. We absolutely love this hotel and the location, there's so many good restaurants within walking distance and great food at the hotel.

I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

Great environment and location.

Was a beautiful and artsy hotel in downtown Phoenix. Customer service was really nice, with events and fun art pieces on the walls to look at. Beautiful rooms, clean and pleasant to stay in. Will definitely stay again in since we had such a great experience.

Really unique boutique hotel. Funky art, solid bar, cafe & food. Great place to stay when in Phoenix.

Front desk needs work

Very unique property full of art displays. My room setup was really modern with a two-way sink, great shower, bed, etc. Bar was fun and had great custom cocktails, including my favorite, the Sweet Potato Old Fashion. Close to many other bars, shops and restaurants.

The hotel offers a unique experience, with its industrial chic design. Loved the city view from the 7th floor. Bathrobes were a nice touch.

A very clean and unique property. It has an artistic flair with nicely appointed ammenities. The only thing i found myself wanting was a hot tub. It is refreshingly different than your usual hotel room. Thouroghly enjoyed my stay for 3 nights!

Great hotel with industrial features and an art exhibit throughout. Perfect location for city event access.

The staff was very helpful. The front desk was cheerful and answered our many questions. It was starting to rain as we left for a walk and one of the staff produced a couple of umbrellas four us to use. All around a wonderful experience.
