The picture description of the reserved room is different from the actual stay. The service staff (local female) who checked in at the Lobby was poor.

It's too remote. I made a lot of reservations and didn't give them permission to cancel. See other reviews. I had made a reservation before and canceled it at least half a day in advance for pathological reasons. It was unreasonable to say no. It was very inconvenient to check in this time.

Booking an extra room cannot be refunded or changed, and you will lose more than 2,000 yuan. It’s really rubbish.

Excellent hotel. Swimming pool view is good. Room have elegant design. Breakfast can be improved in terms of giving more choices or making it buffet.

Hotel stay (rooms) was excellent~! Washing machine in the room was a plus~! Staff was friendly and always ready to attend to your needs. Enjoyed the top roof pool ambience and also had a great time at the pool table/karaoke - it was like we were having a private event all by ourselves~ Had a dart board but the darts were missing, there were also chess and other games. Breakfast was at a well known cafe for its bakery ~ They should have a wider spread of food, was starting to feel bored of the food on the 3 day of stay (Was having food fatigue). There were few supermarkets and a theme park all within walking distance. But beware of the traffic~ Please build another Peninsula at the new airport and i will surely return back to stay~! Keep up the good work guys~!!!!

Hotel room was clean. Hotel was conveniently located. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Breakfast was at the famous Eric Kayser Bakery. Views from the rooftop pool and bar was awesome and the entertainment lounge was a good place to spend time with friends.

It is a hotel with complete facilities. The room space is very wide. You can make a kitchen. There is complete equipment and a washing machine.

The rooms are good, everything is there, even a kitchen. There is a good supermarket nearby. The lap pool is simply amazing!!! The view is gorgeous

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we booked double room and we got 2 double bedroom suite. Amazing views of the city from the roof bar and infinitely pool.

The room is an apartment suite with a large area and complete facilities. The rooftop Skyview swimming pool is amazing.

I think that the price and quality do not correspond. The rooms are good, but breakfast in a nearby cafe is strange to say the least. There is nowhere to walk nearby. The pool is wonderful, you can eat, but there is no coffee at the bar. Towels are available for an additional fee. The staff is super, very helpful and kind
