Stay was very poor 0/10 every service was bad not even a single service was good. This type of service was not expected

Property was neat and clean but in suite basics amenities were missing and needs to call them again and again for each petty thing which were supposed to be there in suite.

Rooms were clean and staff was really good. Sufficient parking space to park the vehicle and hotel present on road side so easy to locate

Poor management, poor system, too poor room quality. They assigned me a disgusting room as they know nothing is perfect in room however they assigned.

Mattress were in terrible shape steel springs were coming out, bedding was too dirty, wash basin was dirty and lots of foul smell. Had to change the room. Little better. Never expected that from best western.
