I'm afraid this is the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed in in my life. There is no service, not to mention that you have to go to the front desk by yourself wherever you go. There is no doorman service at the door. You have to go to the front desk and call the doorman for parking. We have two orders that cannot be combined to renew our stay. We must check out first and then check in again! This is the most speechless thing I have encountered! ！ ！ In short, this Sheraton is very uncomfortable! ！ ！

連鎖酒店的好處便是服務有統一標準，這酒店的服務非常到位，所有員工都很親切。酒店距離老城區大概兩公里，距離城堡將近4公里，有公共汽車可以方便抵達上述景點。酒店大堂有貨幣兑換機，餐廳有室內吸煙區，以及室外吸煙區，還有一個可以抽煙的大堂吧，裏面有雪茄賣。房間除了牙膏牙刷其他東西一應俱全，包括熱水壺。早餐比較豐富，餐廳的晚餐也具有一定水準。

酒店外觀不錯但內裏裝修有一點破舊和保養不太好, 接待員見面時 很禮貌, 但是通電話時候好像態度一般, 晚間只有一個接待員其他部門已休息, 什麼也沒有供應, 餐廳食品水準一般
另外本人住酒店五天, 希望要求取消一天, 但嘗試多次, 酒店堅持不退, 有點失望
下次會嘗試另外一家酒店
