Luckily we only needed to stay at the hotel for just one night. The check-in at the reception was alright but as we entered the room, we were desapointed. The water closet seat was dirty with mold. We cleaned it but although we couldn’t remove the whole stain it was clear to us that with a little care it could have be cleaned. The king size bed was placed against the wall and one had to crawl to get to one’s side. Very uncomfortable. At 9:30 the next morning we went for breakfast and once again we had to call someone to do the cleaning of the table although it was supposedly set for the guests. The choice of food was plentiful but none really delicious. For this disapointing experience we paid R$ 855,93 which was, by no means, cheap.

Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together.
Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice

fui realizar um evento de trabalho e toda a equipe está de parabéns. atendimento nota 10 e a comida nota 1000. fomos muito vem atendidos e o ambiente é muito agradável e bonito, com certeza voltarei mais vezes tendo a oportunidade. os arredores são bem verdes

Eu e minha família tivemos, no período de 23 a 26 de janeiro, uma ótima experiência no VILLA ITAIPAVA RESORT & CONVENTIONS. Apesar de não ser um prédio luxuoso, fica localizado numa área verde e ampla, cercado por montanhas, o que torna um lugar bem agradável de se hospedar. Nossos quartos (fomos em família e reservamos 3 quartos standard), com camas espaçosas e confortáveis, eram mantidos sempre limpos e arrumados. O café da manhã é bem variado em frutas, pãezinhos, bolos, frios, sucos ... : TUDO DELICIOSO!!! Tem quadras de tênis, de beach tennis, campo de futebol, mesas de sinuca, de pingue-pongue, uma pequena academia de ginástica, piscina pra adultos e para crianças, sala de cinema... e até sala de convenção. Há também programação diária para crianças. Gostaria de ressaltar o EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO DE TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS, sempre muito solícitos, gentis, simpáticos, extremamente preocupados com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. DESTAQUE para Mariane (que, a pedido da minha família, providenciou um minibolo no café da manhã do meu aniversário), Rafael e Elias.

Muito boa! De nada seria esse lugar lindo sem o ótimo atendimento. Principalmente de uma senhora assim que chegamos uma moça morena tratou nosso filho igual um rei e uma senhora no dia seguinte que serviu o café que empatia!

Bom hotel mas esperava mais, principalmente por se considerar um resort. Boa estrutura mas precisa se modernizar e fica devendo nos serviços. O restaurante deixa a desejar tanto nas refeições quanto no café da manhã. Pela localização e pelo clima da região a piscina poderia ser aquecida.

Espaçoso e bonito, mas um pouco caro para o que oferece. Os quartos são grandes, a cama é confortável e o espaço externo é agradável, com algumas atrações, mas a limpeza do hotel deve ser melhor. O box do banheiro apresentava alguma sujeira quando entramos e o sofá do quarto estava claramente sujo. Mesmo solicitando a troca do quarto, o novo não era tão diferente, ainda que um pouco melhor. Parece faltar fiscalização dos superiores quanto à limpeza. Tratando-se de um hotel de quase R$ 1.000,00 por noite à época que ficamos, a gestão de qualidade deveria ser melhor.

5 estrelas para o excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários do hotel, sem exceção! Fizeram com que tudo fosse impecável em todos os momentos da estadia. Hotel possui ampla área verde e boa recreação; os quartos são limpos, amplos e arejados. O café da manhã é bem servido com destaque para o almoço “ Feijoada” e o almoço “ churrasco”.
