The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

We are just staying in this hotel, booked yesterday after we fled from the other bad hotel where we were(and was in 5 stars) I must honestly say one of the best hotels where I stayed in my trip to Vietnam. The hotel has to be new, modern, clean, spacious and with a beautiful balcony that looks at the city (there are also sea view rooms). Very kind, always laughing and young staff as all over Vietnam. Euro and US dollar exchange service in Vietnamese dollars (the best rate found in 15 days) I had wrong and made two bookings and they worried to fix things with a nudge and Booking without the least problem. The city is very beautiful and thanks to them our stay has not been ruined, in fact, as would have happened if we were staying in the other hotel. The hotel is located in the centre but still quietly with open window,the motor rental service is just in front of the hotel.The only negative note is breakfast not in the European standards(the sweets are missing). I would nevertheless come back without thinking about it, as staff always know how to make the difference, these guys have made us feel good by advising us and booking for us what we asked. Hotel well above the standards viewed without counting L excellent price.Thanks to all staff, you have confirmed the magnificent Vietnamese hospitality. The Summer Hotel Nha Trang are the warm smiles and enthusiastic greetings from the receptionists. The lovely owner is always ready to answer any questions and assist guests in any way she can However, due to its location in the city center, the hotel often experiences traffic jams. This is something guests need to be aware of when arriving and departing

If you are looking for a hotel that has a personal touch the Aaron boutique is perfect. We stayed here for a few nights while exploring Nha Trang and felt very welcome. Situated just off the road it is quiet and well placed for access to the beach. The area has many restaurants close by so it was quite easy to find food. The rooms and hotel are tastefully decorated. The shower is good and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. It is a choose what you would like the night before situation. But the food was tasty and we never left hungry. For the price this hotel is fantastic and I can strongly recommend it if you are looking for a more boutique atmosphere rather than an impersonal massive hotel.

Not on all cards he is, I will leave the point here to be more convenient to look. The location is beautiful and despite the small ”treatment” of the hotel, staff and the place with lichews are compensated. We haven't tried breakfast in the hotel. This hotel is amazing value. Located up an alleyway near to the beach shopping malls restaurants & cafes. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds & quality linens & towels. There is good WiFi throughout the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg station. Staff were very professional & booked a bus ride for us. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the center of Nha Trang city, busy and convenient, 300m from the sea, 50m from the Mountain Church. Around the hotel area, there are many restaurants with famous local dishes: grilled spring rolls, Nha Trang fish noodle soup.... Beautiful, spacious rooms, new and comfortable furniture, diverse breakfast, service Spa at preferential prices. Experience Body Massage for only 290k ~ 12usd, bringing a feeling of comfort, deep sleep, and welcoming a new day with full of energy. A great vacation.

Comfortable and convenient! This apartment was perfect for our beach getaway. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes from the beach. Parking was spacious and secure, which made our stay much easier

I want to start with the pluses: very good location, beach across the road, lots of shops on the first floor, cafes. Now the downsides: we were shocked that the apartments were wildly dirty. Furniture in spots, tables filled with some drinks, stove in the residue of dry food, floor sticky and dirty, toilets dirty, plumbing in wild divorces. The first day simply put the order: washing the floor with the means, washing the chef on the couch, washing soft chairs and chairs, washing filters in the air conditioners (their 3) and washing the curtains. If you are ready for what you need to put your strength to get out, the apartments recommend. The photo was taken on the day of departure, the dirt we went in, unfortunately, did not take a photo.

It all started when we booked a room through Booking for 3 nights (May 8-11, 2023). We checked into the hotel immediately after we arrived in Nha Trang. It was 8:30 pm on May 8th. It was raining heavily and we were met at the taxi with an umbrella and walked a few meters to the reception - it was nice. We showed our reservation and were asked to pay for the room. They wanted to charge us a little more money, but we paid as much as was indicated in the booking. We handed over the money, and they gave us a card from the room. After this, the normal attitude towards us ended (immediately after the transfer of money). They tried to deceive us several times. We booked a superior room with a kitchen - they gave us 4 times NOT WHAT WE BOOKED and everything was of very poor quality (the first time they wanted to put us in a room without a kitchen!! For the lowest price, but we booked a superior room). The rooms were dirty/sometimes smelled like sewage/remnants of other people's things in each room, there was no kitchen (and this was our main criterion for booking a superior room at a higher price)/stains on the walls and on the sofa, dirty slippers were in every room, sometimes ants were crawling, the door to the toilet did not close... . To be honest, we were already tired of looking at the “new rooms” that were offered to us instead of the room that we had booked. We spent an HOUR on this after an already difficult journey!! I looked at rooms 302, 502, 501 and 401. We settled on room 401 (but this is still not what we booked!)... I simply didn’t have the strength anymore. Photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality, but they are similar. Either a lot of time has passed since the renovation, or we were offered the wrong rooms. In general, this situation was extremely unpleasant for us. Every interaction with the girl at the reception took place with some kind of dissatisfaction on her part. It feels like she's doing us some kind of favor. We needed to stay for another day before moving to another place and we again turned to this manager (the same girl, since there were no other employees that day), with the opportunity to extend our room for another day for those the same money that we booked through Booking (235,000 VND per night with a discount due to the high Genius level). We were offered to pay 350,000 VND per night or book through Booking ourselves. At the same time, the price of the room was raised (but even now a room with a kitchen cost 280,000, and not 350,000, as was offered at the reception!). Having looked at this attitude towards customers, we booked the next night in another hotel and left. Also be prepared that the administrator will eat right at her reception desk while you are talking to her, and then touch your phone with dirty hands. I have not seen such impudence, fraud with clients and attempts to deceive at every step for a long time. I don't think we'll be coming back here again!! The advantages of room 401 were hot water, wi-fi, the door to the toilet was almost completely closed, a small kitchen, a good view from the window and the air conditioning worked.
