We booked the hotel for 2 nights and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it for one more night, The room is so clean and so big, The View of the ocean is amazing, The breakfast buffet is excellent which was prepared by the French chief Philip, During breakfast the General manager was around and he had a peasant conversation with us and he wanted to be sure that every thing is fine with our stay, We really recommend staying in this hotel.

The clean facilities, unique interior, friendly service from the staff, and cozy bedding were perfect. However, since there are so many budget hotels in Nha Trang, the price may seem a bit expensive, but considering the satisfactory service, accessibility to the city, and the fact that it is a new building, I think it is not a bad choice. There were many kinds of breakfast, so I couldn't try them all, but there was also banh xeo and rice noodles. The coffee served separately was delicious and seemed to be made at the cafe. I always use the gym, and it had the best facilities among the hotels I've been to in Nha Trang. The swimming pool was a little larger than that of a 4-star hotel, but the number of sunbeds seemed insufficient. I felt they were considerate of Koreans by giving them a piece of paper with Korean language information about major facilities.

This is not our first, or even our fifth, time in Nha Trang, so there is something to compare with. So, let's begin. There is a sweet Russian-speaking girl at the reception who is trying to help you with all your questions. Breakfast is decent, rooms are clean and fresh. The rooftop pool is not big, as is true in many hotels nearby, with the exception of Panorama. The room has bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tea, water, toothbrushes, soap, etc. There is no razor. The gym is more for show - the machines are mainly for cardio. The location of the hotel is excellent - Radom Hotel Galina, diagonally opposite the Ibis. The beach is five minutes at a leisurely pace. The most important thing is that there are no construction sites nearby

I booked a twin room sea view for myself and my son and we were very pleased, the room was new, big, nicely appointed, super bathroom, and stunning view. Jenny was extremely helpful allowing us a very early check in on the day we arrived and arranging a very good transfer to the airport at below taxi prices when we left. She was always around to be of assistance. It was fantastic value for money. If you want to be critical the present pool and pool facilities are way too small but we were told a roof pool and facility is being built, I assume Covid delayed it. It is a condotel as opposed to a hotel so don't expect 5 star concierge but it was not a problem for us. Great location.

A lot of Koreans go to places that are usually 50,000 won per night, but this place costs 30,000 won for two king beds and three people. The facilities such as air conditioning and shower were clean and ok. The staff is staying at 24 o'clock and friendly at the inception. The location is also very good! There is a night market right next door. I was so embarrassed to copy my passport when I checked in. When I asked why I copied it, it was only the company policy. After the end, it was discarded. ... I couldn't convince you, so I looked it up on the Internet and found that Vietnam was originally like that. Others post to be not embarrassed.. ㅎㅎ

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

Good location. Large rooms. Beautiful view of the sea. First line. There are few elevators, you stand in line for a long time. The pool is free on the 6th floor, very small. There is a swimming pool on the 40th floor, it is paid. 360 panorama, with an excellent view of the entire city. We booked a room with one bed, but ended up with two. Terrible cleaning, you need to write to the manager via What's app, he will come whenever he wants. This time he decided not to come at all. There is no soap, shampoo in the room...
