The property is in a great location for exploring the town and the park and funicular. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The roof top pool area is great for relaxing with a cooling breeze and fantastic views of Montecatini Terme Alto. What really made this our best ever Italian stay though is the hotel staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile, impeccable service, we honestly cannot remember better customer service from a hotel stay. A special mention for Nadisha whom we primarily worked the rooftop pool bar, this young lady is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is non stop, fluent in so many languages, never stops working and never stops smiling with every guest she meets and takes such wonderful care off.

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

We stayed with my two children at the hotel Amelia. The hotel is a 2-star hotel but just in front there is the latest Amelia dream view that is 3 stars. Just cross the street. Breakfast for all guests is in the 2-star room, while dinners and dinners for half or full pension are consumed in the 3-star restaurant. Our room, No. 4 had a double bed and 1 separate bed with bathroom and bathroom with shower. The restaurant is really good, we have tried both lunch and dinner, with half-pension and I reiterate that we have met great. The hotel has a small outdoor pool with an annex small hydromassage pool, both very comfortable to refresh in case of excess heat. Michela and Fabio are really nice and they can always advise you about the activities to take around, without forgeting that the hotel has discounts and discounts for the main tourist attractions of the parking. All charming, the garden, the port with the vineyard where breakfast was served, the pool area, the lake, the room with the port. The very gentle, available and always smiling lady, looked for a dinner place at the last minute and gave us useful advice. We booked a standard room on the relais site (appropriate compared to other sites), but we were then placed in the suite for another booking arrived at the same time. We haven't used sauna and hydromassage, so I can't say anything about it, but the suite is very nice, spacious and with a round bed. It is in the pool area, isolated from the rest of the building, and enjoys a private porch with a sofa, protected by the sun and separated from the pool garden by a racking makes this space really relaxing and intimate. The pool is well maintained and clean, the garden is very spacious, with a gasoline and a bedroom. Breakfast is served on the table under the porch covered by the vineyard, all very good. There is a fusion restaurant (separate management from the relais) within the structure that we have not tried, reachable walking from the hotel (about 300 meters).There is Da mi papa, where you eat really well, typical Toscana cuisine. We have been very good; we certainly advise it and we will return.

The suites, living room and room are large in size, with a total of 2 large beds, which are very comfortable to sleep. The facilities are slightly old, but the sanitation is very good. A little distance from the city, there is a large supermarket within 15 minutes of walking.

Hotel Ercolini & Savi was clean and convenient. A few minor issues with the room. Shower was very tiny. Room safe didn’t work. Shower dripped and although they were in to fix it, the dripping continued all week. Air Conditioning didn’t work - desk said we had to be in room to have it addressed. Very noisy locatin.

I stayed in Palazzo BelVedere with my daughter for three nights at the beginning of August. The hotel and its premises are great, members of staff are friendly and keen to help and advise. At the reception we were welcomed by Simone and he was really nice and offered us some cold complementary drinks while we were checking in. The room was a generous size with a fabulous view over the mountains. Everything in the room looked new, sleek and modern. I particularly liked the French doors in the bathroom and a double shower which was very handy in the hot weather. It was great to have sound-proofed windows and an air conditioner in the room. Our breakfast was included and it was a nice beginning of the day with a wide range of local produce and fresh drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very approachable and helpful, especially Nicolette. Nothing was a problem for the staff and all our queries and needs were seen to immediately and with a smile by Diane. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
