Hyatt Regency Perth Reviews

Stay for 6 days. The Chinese and the Aussie staff on my check in on 5th June 24 are friendly and excellent with clear instructions with check in. The cafe staff service are great. The house keeping tidy up my room everyday and make a great effort to arrange my daughter soft toys. Room are big and nice… hotel too far away to Perth train station. The good thing is there is a nice cafe beside the hotel and a supermarket foodies link to next to the hotel. Car park wasn’t have much lots for guests quite a number reserved for staff But the other reception staff I approach on 2nd day wasn’t approachable when ask about the parking. The only bad service I encountered throughout the stay.

The hotel service is quite satisfactory, and overall, it exudes a sense of vintage charm. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a touch of character, and there are no glaring issues with them. Additionally, the pricing is very reasonable.

Pleasant experience in hyatt regency, the location was great easy excess to perth city and just 10mins walk to the river can see sunrise in the morning.

Hotel is to be honest quite old and I think renovation is necessary. Breakfast is just ok. Service is good with polite staff. Room is good condition, but no parking. Considering the price it is not a five star stay.

Everything is awesome. Front desk staff were friendly. Room very clean. I will definitely stay again. It would be even better if they provide free shuttle services to Murray shopping mall.

Nice hotel in CBD, value for money as well. We have good stay in the hotel. Good facilities but mainly going out most of time

Noisy, renovation works, bathroom old and dirty, cracked toilet, bathroom floor and bath dangerously slippery when wet, gloss tiles and water = LAW SUIT. Staff excellent, room service food = Not good.

Bathroom is quite small, great stuff service Breakfast is limited choice. Location is bit far walk to CBD, shopping area but very closer to a park

Location is not good. Far from the downtown city of Perth Station. It takes around 40 minutes by foot. You should take bus for easy transportation.
