I want my money back! We did not stay. Our room was FILTHY. I took several pictures of everything that was unacceptable and would be happy to send them to you. The actual condition of the room and property was 180 degrees from the promotional pictures. We had driven for eleven hours only to have to find another motel. We were not happy, let alone the fact that we could not get our money back.

Very cost efficient! I have stayed here multiple times on business trips. The only downside was the ice machine was broken.

BathTub was dirty, walls in the bathtub had mildew in the grout. Took forever to get luke warm water to shower.. No remote control for the TV. House keeper never bring 2nd day towel for shower. No garbage can in room.

I like the room's with the patios. I dont like the inside rooms,they feel claustrophobic till I couldn't sleep The CARPETS are ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSING in every room.

Do not stay here even if they say newly remodeled!!! There was no notation that they had roofing crews there working late hours. She We walked upstairs into the hallway there were puddles of water in the floor. Large bags of trash sitting right outside our room door. When we walked in the room all the banging from the roofers was deafening. Our shoes were sticking to the tile floor it was so dirty. My husband wipes the floor with some toilet paper and it was black with dirt! Reddish stains on the linens. The shower curtain was disgustingly stained. The bathroom tiles and grout was old and dirty. The newly remodeled room they advertised consisted of old beat up furniture from some other hotel that was remodeled. The microwave was rusted inside and filthy. It should be thrown out. But hey, it has a new toilet! We immediately left and cancelled our stay.

Microwave didn't work, staff brought another one to replace it, tried it in the morning and it didn't work either.

The Hotel was awful. The room was filthy. Dirty wash clothes in the tub. Food on floors. Beds had hair on them, looked like they were made without being changed. We were very upset. Late know where else to go we paid in advance. I personally cleaned the room myself and changed the beds. will never stay there again. Should have given my money back.

This was ome of the nastiest places I have ever been too. All the outlets were hangimg out the wall, part of the wall had fallen off, stains and bad smells everywhere, burn holes in the sheets. I immediately went back to the office and asked for a refund and then had to wait for her to get an OK to get my money back.

We checked in for a 2 night stay on 5/5/23. (Rm 204) We checkout of that disgusting, filthy motel (and I have the pictures to prove it and a signed list of disgusting issues of our room by the motel clerk) on 5/6/23. The manager on duty said she would authorize a refund and that we needed to complete it through **********. ********** said no, they motel needed to do the refund, which doing the research, ********** is corrects. Now guess what? We cannot get ahold of the owner. Imaging that. 1. Toilet would not flush very well at all. 2. The plugger was broken. 3. The television had about 1/4" of dust on it. 4. No remote control for the television. 5. We opened the refrigerator and it smelled like something died in it. (AWFUL!) 6. The deck door was cracked. 7. We think it was died dog poop (we hope that's all it was) on deck. 8. The two lamps had bent and cracked lamp shades. 9. The continental breakfast consisted of tiny dried up pastries. 10. No drinking glasses in the room. 11. No waste basket. 12. As bad as it was I was willing to forfeit the second night funds, but the motel manage lied and said we would get a refund, (which was listed when we make the reservation.) 13. Guess what? Trying get a refund is looking like an impossibility. I made a similar list and the motel clerk at the desk initialed it and agreed that my list was accurate. We will never go back to this place.
