Absolutely loved this place. In the middle of every attraction I needed to get to. Staff friendly except 1 housekeeper lady.

Did not request handicap room.
Room had strange odor.
TV channel selection ******.
Too tired from driving to take issue with front desk.
Worn mattress needs to be replaced.
ALL staff friendliness made up for room shortcomings and breakfast was great as usual. In future will check room before bringing luggage in.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this pet-friendly hotel. Check in was easy, staff was welcoming, and the room was clean and well appointed. Will stay here again.

Property was good, beds comfortable, and breakfast options were good. If you need to dry your hair take your own blow dryer the one in the room was disgusting. I refused to use it.

The manager was amazing as was the night person. Had to deal with some very loud neighbors after midnight for a few hours and the staff did the best they could and comps 50% when they did not have to

EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER THAT i SAW TOOK THE TIME TO GREET ME, SEE HOW MY DAY WAS GOING AND ASK IF i NEEDED ANYTHING.
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.
