This is a 100% honest review and my 3rd return to try this old hotel, as it is a budget hotel especially during the holiday and it is closed to the supermarkets and mall to me. However, i am totally disappointed from my experiences of this hotel. The cleanliness problems has never been improved and has never been taken serious actions. Poor housekeeping and they failed to do their jobs. On my 3rd day to stay in this room, i found out that the blanket was full of blood from the previous guest before i moved in, but the housekeeper ignored and he just covered it up with the blanket cover. This is very disgusting, see attached pictures. Pillows are yellow and some has blood stains and so as on the bed sheets, as well. Dust is everywhere inside the rooms and I have been cleaning all rooms when I need to change rooms due to its own conditions. Air condition is cool but they are stuffs with dust. Water pressure is strong and it is the plus for this hotel. Some of the staffs are good, especially the engineer, khun kook is very polite and professional in dealing with the problems.

I stayed here for a night only. The room wasn’t clean at all. It’s unhygienic. No complimentary at all. The hotel’s advertisement is way different in person. Location wise!

Nice location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room is pretty clean and staff are friendly.

This is Optimized Hotel. It is a hotel where your expenses are paid for what you really need to pay for a night's stay and the amenities provided are sufficient for use. no consumables Anything not in use in the room It is considered an environmentally friendly hotel that is friendly to the planet as well.

There was no water in the room. Shower jell &shampoo container was broken. Location is very good Staff very nice

For me everything was perfect. I love red planet weather it's in Pattaya or Bangkok. High level service with affordable prices.

It's very centrally located on second road You can go terminal 21 by walk around 500 metres Alcazar show just about 50 metre opposite the hotel They have hot water and Normal water downstairs No freeze or water bottles inside the room Small room but clean and ac work well Everything is very nearby Next Street is honeymassage too Nice hotel They only provide check in at 2 pm Not go early before cheak in otherwise need to want too long Check in also very smooth after 2 pm Hope! Very small room with absolutely minimal interior. The heavy rain soaked the floor (and all my cloathing) near the window. The soap dispensers always fall apart. But all in all a good hotel for the price. I checked there app to see if they are cheaper than what I paid, but they are not and much more expensive. So I deleted their app right away.
