Sutus court 1 is coming home for us.
The location, service, friendliness of staff, security. Daily cleaning, the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool make it a very nice holiday accommodation for us. There are many eateries and massage parlors in the lively area.

Me and my family stayed here the kids loved the swimming pool and everything is in walking distance. This is my 5th time now staying in this hotel.

Nice place in Pattaya right in the heart of the action of Soi Bukhao and Tree Town. Everything you could ever want is right outside your door. Good wifi and a nice clean room. Staff are great and the pool area is fabulous. There is not a single negative thing to say about this place!

I didn't like that there weren't personal safes in the rooms; there were lockboxes behind the front desk, I would have preferred room safes.
The locks on the rooms weren't modern - you have to push a button on the interior knob to lock the door and use a key to unlock. vs a modern door that locks and uses a card to unlock.
These were minor concerns - overall the hotel was safe and clean and I was very satisfied. Stay here :)
