Resort is too old, but try to maintain. Staffs in reception are very kindly Except female manger( she need to train hardly otherwise move to another part) I had been two times on 24Dec-26Dec, 28-31Dec 2023 On 28 Dec, After checking ... something happen Problem is noisy sound of air-condition, can't sleeping on midnight ,12pm. So I try to change room , reception staff kindly change for one night Onnext morning I asked to change room to female maneger BUT She looks like fretful and told voice-up "no room, no room because of fully booking But I strongly requested, few minutes later she give me new room without any apology In afternoons when I stay on poolside, surprisingly female manger come to me for apology with fruit basket So l accept it , But she need to train how to handle customers at emergency situations

It is advisable not to book the hotel. A hotel that is very dated and is no longer offered on a renovated website. 😂😂😂🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭

Tranquil and comfortable I have been stayed in this resort many times. The resort is upkeeping good, they have renovation work, all sun loungers are new. Clean and everything is in order. Nice swimming pool and gardening. Front door is the route of light bus. Convenience for beach road and shopping mall. A supermarket is just opposite the resort. Staff is very good. I would like to say thank you for Manger Khon Bow, and khon Tikky for talking care of good services. Nice to see you again.

It's located opposite terminal 21. The location is excellent. There are many plants in the hotel, but they don't look well taken care of and feel a bit messy. The hotel room and bed are very spacious. The only complaint is that the socket on the bedside is lower than the mattress, but for the price, it's cost-effective very high

It is very difficult to find a hotel, although it is the very first one. Normally there are no signs. We stayed for 1 night a day earlier in a neighboring hotel, passed by and did not understand how to find this hotel, so first we found a solution, and only then moved out of the old one and came with our things. Close to terminal 21 and tuk-tuk terminals. It's a 7-minute walk to the sea, but it's not very good. The pool is small, in a neighboring hotel for the same price per night, there is a large pool on site. Breakfast is normal, we had lunch in the shopping complex. One of the cool things about the room is its private jacuzzi. But it is not clear why a grate was installed in the wall leading to the street, and not a full-fledged wall. I had to cover it with towels. Also, we filled up the Jacuzzi, turned it on, and dirt came out of there. In the end, they drained it, collected it again, then drained it again and only then it became clear. Overall, not bad, but there are some nuances. There was no body lotion (if anyone cares)

Close to the beach and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Breakfast has Chinese and Western styles, with many varieties and good flavor. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool and gym, and the gardens are beautifully landscaped. The service staff are enthusiastic and smiling.

It's a great location I don't think you're in the heart of the city I would like to visit this hotel once.

Stayed again for two nights a day later and got a free upgrade to a deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the terrace, which was very comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location. When you go out, turn right and pass through a triangle area of ​​several tens of meters. You can catch a songthaew on the Haibin Road after just crossing the road once. Just cross the road and catch the songthaew to Bangkok Bus Station. Diagonally opposite the hotel is Passenger Terminal 21. I will stay at Huajia Hotel again when I come to Pattaya in the future.
