1. Insufficient staff only one waiter that too from 9:30 am to 6:00pm that too not available during 1:30 pm to 2 :00 pm
2. No room and toilet cleaning
3. Very rude behaviour of girl receptionist even after talking on mobile with some ms divya from mmt

The hotel is not maintained properly. Except the main receptionist, all other staff is unprofessional.

It was a terrible experience, i never expected this. No service at all. No body was available on reception. Breakfast included in price but no facility for breakfast. By god grace i didn’t book the lunch/dinner. No body available on reception. Service boy is not able to understand hindi.

The ambience of the hotel & room was very much shabby. Stay was not pleasant and not worth of the money paid. Mmtp should avoid this type of service to the customers. Thank you
