I booked this room for my parents. Hotel is nice, good location, near Bakhundol and walking distance to BhatBhateni supermarket. Welcome drinks was served upon check in, even for me who wasn't staying there. Staffs were polite and helpful.
We also had a dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Food was nice, big portion.
The only downside is that the room is quite small, a double bed almost occupies the whole space.

This is a spacious modern hotel with an excellent coffee shop and a cozy rooftop patio with spectacular views of Kathmandu. The restaurant offers excellent traditional Nepali foods and a buffet style breakfast. The rooms have plenty of space and creature comforts and are air conditioned. They also offer their own excellent views. The staff is warm and welcoming.

I chose this hotel as it was in a part of Kathmandu only 15 minutes from the airport and I was travelling back and forth to Kathmandu, so staying 3 times in all during my trip. Also because I was not keen on buffet evening meals and large impersonal establishments. I particularly like the roof terrace with views over the city where I ate each evening, and the semi-outside extension to the breakfast room, both comfortable and with good quality tasty food, but also the terrace above was a nice private place to sit and read with a drink late afternoon returning from sightseeing. As a vegetarian I had plenty of choice. Rooms were all spacious and comfortable, a nice decor and with delightful pottery goblets and mugs on the tea tray and a mini fridge with complimentary water, scrupulously clean and fresh. Everything you might need and my sleep was excellent, nice bedding and a quiet situation. 4 floors with a glass lift, and mainly business or professional travellers from what I could see. The staff are really professional and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The facility is clean. Rabina and all the staff are friendly and wanting to ensure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast is available which was great. Location is in a good area of town. Got the deluxe unit which was a bit larger. I would stay again

Had breakfast on 31/August/2023 The place is closer British School, Lalitpur We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The spread included cereals, fresh fruits, cold/warm milk, eggs to order and local dishes including puri-sabji, choi daal, paratha, among others. Breads and confectionary items also were there for desserts This place is good to have the breakfast at leisure and masala tea can also be ordered. food is tasty. The cost per person in NPR 1300/- and is worth teh money. Enjoy this place.

During our recent four-day stay at the Kutumba Hotel in Lalitpur, we experienced a truly delightful experience. The Kutumba Hotel was perfect for our stay before leaving Nepal for the USA. The attention to detail that the Kutumba Hotel displayed was truly commendable. Every corner of our accommodation exuded cleanliness and comfort, from the spotless bedroom to the immaculate bathroom. Returning to such a well-maintained space at the end of each day was a pleasure. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional treatment we received from the staff. Throughout our stay, we were met with genuine respect and unwavering politeness. The team's dedication to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed, and it truly made our experience even more memorable. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the rooftop restaurant. Its breathtaking views provided an ideal setting for enjoying dinner. The delicious cuisine and enchanting atmosphere will stay with us long.
