Location was good, rooms were great. But what stood out most was the sincerity and follow-through behind the amazing service provided by exemplary staff from the hotel. During my stay, Hotel Staff members Mr Fuad, Miss Indah and Miss Adira were especially attentive and patient in their service. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast is not to be missed either. Miss Gea's service and professionalism from the restaurant team is also to be highlighted and praised during my monthly stays.

Nuanza hotel by far is the most outstanding Hotel we have spent the night in. Best hotel in its class what so ever. Saya dan keluarga bersama anak2 hampir tidak menemukan cacat di hotel ini, terutama disisi maintenance dan kebersihan Hotel. It feels like 7 star hotel with economic price.
