The hotel was not at all what we expected. We booked a month in advance. The rooms were not very clean. The sheets had stains!. the shower had no hot water. You expect more for the price you pay (around US$ 80 a night). The breakfast was good and the personal very friendly.

Estuvimos en Oxapampa unos cuantos días, muy buena ubicación cerca a la plaza principal. Las habitaciones superiores tienen una gran vista. Personal de recepción muy amable ante cualquier pedido. En la parte de arriba del hotel cuenta con una cafetería muy linda para poder tomar un café oxapampino viendo el atardecer! Los recomiendo por su gran servicio e instalaciones al estilo europeo.

El hotel está bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de la plaza principal de Oxapampa. El diseño es super simpático, estilo europeo. El cuarto piso está construído íntegramente de madera (áreas comunes y dormitorios), en este piso se sirve el desayuno con una bonita vista de la Ciudad. El personal es super amable, quiero agradecer la atención del señor Robert y la señora Marina, nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto, y nos prepararon desayunos muy ricos todos los días. También quería comentar que en la parte superior del hotel hay un mirador y también un café que para nosotros fue el más bonito de oxapampa, cuenta con la mejor vista, cálido diseño en madera y atención muy amable. Regresaría de todas maneras. Gracias
