Cmh Bobbie Burns Lodge

This was an adventure of a lifetime. The guides and lodge staff are absolutely amazing, you have an adventure that suits the level you want so it is something for all and I cannot rate this highly enough. The guides got me through mountain climbing up rock faces that I didn’t believe I could do. Others in the lodge did more gentle hikes. The lodge is a real family feel and the food is too good!

My wife and I went helihiking again with CMH, this time to the Bobby Burns lodge and had a wonderful time again in the spectacular British Columbian mountains. The CMH lodge concept is excellent, the rooms a very comfortable, the food is great and of course the hiking is outstanding, made even better by the guides. If one goes to Bobby Burns then one should always ask for JF, Francisco (Pancho) or Kendra who are excellent guides, highly knowledgable and nice people. It is not just about the hiking but also about learning about the landscape and flora. What a superb time!

Just finished 2 1/2 days hiking with CMH at Bobbie Burns. We had a fantastic experience. Every interaction from initial contact to hiking was very well handled by staff. You had the sense that everyone wanted to make sure you had a unique experience - and they were completely successful. Lots of details provided on other posts - but a couple of personal notes. One of our party was quite concerned about the helicopter ride but the professional handling by our pilot quickly put any concerns to rest. I was concerned whether our age (~60) and a recent ankle injury would prevent a full enjoyment of the experience.-However, we were grouped with hikers content with a more moderate pace and trails were selected to show off the incredible beauty of the area without presenting too much of a challenge. And what fun we had with our group! We won’t soon forget the group singing “Sweet Caroline” beside an alpine lake. I would like to recognize the staff at CMH - dedicated, talented and so focussed on the customer. Too many names to remember all - but Belinda in the front office snd Guides Bernie, Rachael, Pete and Lenny all made lasting impressions. Thanks and we hope to see you next time!
