We have just returned from an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond and can't help but share our unforgettable experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by smiling and attentive staff, ready to satisfy our every need. Their hospitality was outstanding throughout my stay. The decor of the hotel was just beautiful. Every corner was carefully thought out, creating an elegant and soothing atmosphere. The artistic details and choice of colors added a touch of sophistication to the whole establishment. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered absolute comfort. The bed was cozy and the modern amenities allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest. We were also impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, everything was impeccably maintained. However, what really made the difference was the exceptional staff at the hotel. The manager, Jihad, was always present during the day, personally ensuring that every detail was taken care of to make our stay memorable. His kindness and professionalism are to be commended. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Doudou, a truly fabulous member of staff. His considerate attitude and his dedication during a small technical incident are to be underlined. He provided us with personalized service that made our stay truly special. Also to highlight, the remarkable breakfast that was offered. A real banquet for the taste buds, it offered an incredible choice of savory and sweet dishes. Different cereals, fresh fruits, a variety of fresh juices, as well as different breads and baguettes which were just very good. Also the coffee served was well made from a well known brand (What Else?) which added an extra touch to our morning dining experience. It remains to say that the hotel is ideally located if you want to visit the great monuments and the Place de Paris...the Place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, and other Faubourg St Honoré are 10-15 minutes away. feet and the path that leads you there allows you to do some shopping. In conclusion, the hotel Maison Albar Le Diamond undoubtedly deserves all the praise. With warm and smiling service, magnificent decor, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, this establishment exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thanks again to Jihad, Doudou and the whole team for their exceptional hospitality.

Every time I choose a hotel near Galeries Lafayette. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, newly renovated, a few minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette. The front desk is all handsome and beautiful, and the service is in place. The room is bright, clean and comfortable, I really don't like the dim lighting in some hotels in Paris. I like their outdoor restaurant, it should be Japanese style, it's amazing. Of course the hotel price is not cheap hahaha

Very family friendly hotel in the sense of how we were treated, didn't feel for a second as traveling with a baby was an issue for them which the the rest of Paris kind of did. Christmas decoration in the lobby made it very very cute and welcoming and the location is perfect. Loved our stay

We stayed in this hotel for one night on September 12, 2022, after driving back to Paris from Brittany, as we had an afternoon flight scheduled back to the U.S on September 13, 2022. On arriving , we were given room 101, which appeared significantly smaller than the room size we had booked. When I pointed this out to the front desk staff, we were offered a larger room, 110, which did appear to be the room type we had intended to have when we had made our reservation. The hotel is stylish,pleasant, and clean. The breakfast is good.The staff members we encountered while there were cordial. Despite the above, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I checked email the morning after returning to the US, I received an email saying that the hotel had charged my credit card an additional fee of 250 Euros because the cleaner had encountered a strong smell of smoking in the room after we left. The message also stated that I was informed of this on registration. It was signed ” Regards Ines B”. Neither of us EVER smoke. In fact, we found the amount of smoking we encountered in France in general, unpleasant even when sitting outside. The fact that hotel put through this charge without communicating with me to see whether what the cleaner said was true or whether the room in which the cleaner encountered the supposedly strong odor of smoking was in fact the room we stayed in, was and remains infuriating. I spoke to the manager, Ms. Conan, later on September14, 2022. . At first, she kept insisting that the hotel was correct in making this charge, and that there had been smoking in the room. Eventually, as we spoke , I think she did come to believe me that we had not smoked in the room. To her credit, she remained polite during the call despite my being extremely angry and raising my voice. She did reverse the charge and send an email apologizing for what happened. I hope no one else has a similar experience at this hotel, or anywhere. To come home to find you have been charged 250 Euros without your knowledge, for an infraction you did not commit, for indulging in habit that is personally offensive to you, is galling, to say the least. Therefore: BEWARE! .

Super clean and comfy bed. Problem is with the front desk. Stayed there for nights, fromt desk is not the friendliest. We asked for help to book us a cab early in the morning at 6.30 AM. We went to the front desk, she told us shes on the phone. We waited for her to finish her phone call. She has no smile at us, where’s Accor hospitality? After she finished her phone call, she didn’t even ask us, if we need anything. Instead we said, excuse us but can you help us to book a cab? She said I am not working yet. We usually pick hotels that have a great location. This hotel is in a fantastic location. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly! I have no complaints about the staff at all. The only reason I gave the hotel four stars is because of the rooms. The deluxe room is a great size, but some of the shampoo bottles weren't filled. There was also questionable stains on the chaise (oh dear). There was also a hole in the ceiling. When we went, the hotel did let us know there would be no hot water for a couple hours and that they were experiencing varying water temperatures (from cold to hot). However, these issues are not the end of the world. There will always be issues no matter where you go. The executive lounge at the top is great for night snacks that runs from 530 to 730. The lounge closes at 11 pm. There is a wide variety of seating and drinks. Definitely worth visiting also for nice views.

The French chain hotel Astoria I stayed at was personally better than Ibis. The price was about 800 including double breakfast, but it was worth 100 yuan in Paris to send 6 bottles of water and drinks every day, and the room was clean and tidy. This Astoria is within walking distance of the Galeries Lafayette Louvre, the accommodation is safe, and the surrounding subway is also convenient. The airport bus to the airport is just a few minutes away. The price/performance ratio is also super high. It is highly recommended !

The retro style of this hotel is great. It has the smallest front desk in the world I have ever seen. Although it is slightly old, all the details are meticulous and unobtrusive. The whole process is friendly, meticulous, smiling and professional. All you need are arranged (hair dryer, ironing brush, Hot water bottle), especially the towel rack with electricity, which is a good news for Chinese guests who like to do laundry every day. The hotel's price is good. The distance from the subway line 12 exit is just a road away. There are many restaurants and bread and dessert shops around the square. . The only worry was the noisy at night, the balcony door was inaudible as soon as the door was closed. Suitable for girls or couples, people who like nightlife live here very conveniently. The only thing to note is that the door is not locked when you close it, you have to use a key to lock it.

We did not eat there, as breakfast was included in our hotel rate, but it appeared to have very nice selection of breads and pastries. We had a classic double room. The bed was fairly comfortable, but only a double mattress. Room was large. We faced the street, but it was quiet with windows closed. Staff was friendly. All of the people who worked the front desk spoke English, but the dining room staff did not. Coffee and tea are available all day/evening in the breakfast room. We always try to stay in a different part of Paris. We choose this hotel as it was near the train station for our train on our last day to Normandy.

Wonderful experience overall! Our philosophy on traveling is to spend as much time exploring the city (ie. not in the hotel). This hotel was perfect for us. The are very communicative to ensure you know exactly where you are going. The hotel is extremely clean with space in all the right areas (ie. great shower, WC, wardrobes for each person, big/comfortable bed, etc). There is a common area where a delicious breakfast is served every morning with croissants, jams, fresh fruit with yogurt, cheese, coffee, orange juice... the works. If you return late there is a kitchen to get late night snacks, coffee, tea. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is in the heart of the city with restaurants and shops right outside the door.

In the middle of a holiday of more than 20 days, I booked several service apartments for washing machines. I hardly use the refrigerator. There are three cans of beverage countertops and several kinds of chocolates for guests to eat. I almost did n’t eat to lose weight. One thing I need to mention is that I saw other guests mentioning that the curtains in the hotel are not well shaded.
