very good location, close to shopping area,
it was not a good experience with the front desk lady, no smile no greeting and rude to my daughters,
i am not realized that no visitors allow entry to hotel, no matters they are helping me to settle my suitcase

It's about two blocks away from Galeries Lafayette. It's very convenient for shopping and eating. It's worth coming back. You can take the bus to North Station in 4 minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient.

酒店前台服務非常差，我們原來訂的三人房，有一個人得了流感，入住的時候想調成2個雙人房間並補給酒店差價，前台不同意，原三人房不給調整還要新訂一個雙人房，2個晚上多花了很多錢！旅行期間難免突發疾病，遇上這樣的酒店實在倒黴，一點不講人文關懷，衹注重金錢利益，謹慎預訂！另外，如果入住酒店期間出去的時候還要把房間鑰匙放前台，是否安全請自己權衡！

Small but perfectly formed hotel. Comfortable and clean hotel room and dark for sleeping, such a relief to have real curtains! Great for our short break.

The hotel is clean, rooms quite small with wall to wall carpet that could use an exchange.
Breakfast could be improved. Bread was not fresh and the variety was small.
