The Service, Location and People all around was Outstanding! First, my wife chose the right hotel because it was (I believe) the perfect location to be in Paris. It is right on the Champs-Elysees in the middle of everything - Shopping, Food, Bus and the Metro to getaway and explore. Secondly, Atika - Melissa - Charles were wonderful Hosts in the Front Desk. Atika arranged the Train, ride to the train station, etc...for our trip to Belgium. It went perfectly. There was an attempt of a ”pickpocket” group of 8 little girls but pushing them away took care of that. Anton, waiter for breakfast, was wonderful. He packed us a snack for the train and he took care of us every morning. Housekeeping was thorough and neat. Very nice people! Door Men were gentlemen. Negatives: No bed is never like what you have at home. By the 4th day, our backs were hurting because we weren't used to the bed. However, the sheets were nice, soft and clean. The clothes dryer in the laundry room took more than 5 cycles to completely dry our laundry, but VERY THANKFUL it was complimentary. I strongly recommend the Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysees!

The location of the room is excellent, just on the side street of Xiang Street. When you walk to Xiang Street, you can see the Arc de Triomphe. When you walk, it will take 10 minutes. The hotel will feel like a theater, dim light, old photos on the wall, dark red carpet on the floor, people. Suddenly calmed down The room is very comfortable, fresh fruit every day, the refrigerator bar is also a drink, the breakfast is Western, the variety is not much, I can only eat and eat Chinese food, but the dining environment is good.

The room was small as expected , yet very well appointed. Amazing. Traveling with my daughter and stayed for 5 nights. Just have to say the concierge, Christopher Dubrulle, went out of his way to suggest places to eat, visit sites and he actually walked me to make an appointment for a wash and blow dry. And on that walk he suggested a place for lunch just down the block which was probably one of the best meals in Paris. So small, we could watch the chef cook. Hats off to Christopher, wish we had not made prior reservations and let him take over. So if you stay, and hope you will, Christopher will help. Front desk staff were great too! Ann

The location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the ba*****t floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. As soon as the sun shines on the bed, I don't know what to think.

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

This was our second stay at Magda in the past year! We loved the location. Close to the Arc de Triumph where all trains can depart from. The staff were amazing. Felix was helpful with any questions or requests we had. I was looking for a grocery store and another staff member who had just finished her shift walked me over it it. That was so kind. Room’s immaculate. Close to McDonald’s where we had cappuccinos every morning and our granddaughter had her smoothie. Reasonable price considering all the benefits. Would return again!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available at reception to assist us and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early afternoon and were checked in right away and were able to leave our bags on the last day until we headed to the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and in a good location for access to trains, the metro and buses. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Alessandra!

Breakfast is very good, not a buffet restaurant, is a set meal, more than the extra money. You can add an extra bed, but the super bed is indeed very big, the hotel is in a good location, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

The hotel is straddled either side by some ”gentlemans” night clubs which, while quiet during the week, certainly seemed busy on Friday night. The lobby staff are ok. In some cases attentive, in other cases aloof. The lobby bar is a bit of a joke. There are maybe 6-8 tables but no-one there to serve. The rooms are typical Parisien - on the medium to small side and in need of some better air conditioning for the summer months. 5 days of constant a/c on low and high fan made zero temperature difference. For one person, a deluxe room is OK. If there are 2 persons you will run out of closet space and luggage space. Overall the hotel needs a refresh. We visited during the week of Paris Airshow & Mens Fashion week. The room price was well above what it was worth. We wont stay here again. Its not that it is so bad - its just not so good either

There’s nowhere else you want to or need to stay if you’re on a 5-7 day trip to Paris. It’s safe, cosy, clean and so ideally located to everything, what else do you need? The room is super comfortable, put aside being spoilt all those years with big space on holidays, you should be in your room to wind down after a long day and have a great sleep, CitizenM delivers that and more! Stayed for 4 nights in this lovely small hotel very close to the Champs Elysee. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodated my lack of French with no issues. Even though the hotel does not have a restaurant, there are soo many places to eat in the vicinity and so this was not a problem at all. Loved it.

To those who travel to Paris and want some amazing place to rest, this is it! We stayed for 5 days and everything and I mean everything is amazing. The room is cleaned everyday and the maid arranged our toothbrushes and toothpaste differently everyday(funny find). Receptionists are amazing, all information needed was promptly provided. The rooms may be a little bit smaller than one might be used to, but I can assure you there is enough space. The bed and the pillows are so comfortable we sunk in and fell right asleep! Amazing service, amazing place!! Superb!!

The hotel is ideally located, spacious and clean. It is not a courtesy plate for a hotel of this range. Rooms 102, featuring all yellows that make dirt. Very pleasant and reactive staff. A lamp that exploded in the bathroom, which dipped us into the black, intervened in less than one minute while the receptionist told us 5 to 10 minutes happyly that not . Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff member at reception who assisted us with all the queries we had pertaining to check in, purchasing a European SIM Card, Restaurant Recommendations and how to efficiently and conveniently get to visit local tourist attractions. Very professional and Friendly staff. We were also greeted by a very friendly chef every morning for our breakfast and he catered to all our needs. AWESOME EXPERIENCE all round. The hotel is very conveniently located within a two minute walk from the Champs Elysees and all its famous restaurants.

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside
