This is a lovely hotel and Good value for a city hotel. I booked a club room for me and my sister and I can't imagine being in a smaller room. The bathroom was great and it had a really nice.shower. we had a balcony you could probably sit out on but we didn't want to risk.it. plenty of sockets and the beds (and pillows) were very comfortable. The AC was perfect as we stayed during the ongoing heatwave. Breakfast was buffet style and was more than adequate. Staff very friendly. I'd be happy to stay there again.

We asked for a quiet room, and received a reply saying that our request would be taken into consideration. I am still getting copies of that message every few days a week later, it is clearly auto generated and not true. The air con was not working. They knew this as we checked in but did not tell us. After wasting time trying to fix it we spoke about it and asked to change rooms. We were facing a. Night of either it being hot and stuffy, or following their brilliant advice and leaving the windows open to the noise and police sirens of the street. It was not a good nights sleep, and tha is all I demand of a hotel. We will not be going back. Ok, but it could be better

Absolutely perfect- beyond perfect! I cried when we left. We’ve been to Paris a few times and stayed in the area, and love it, but this was our first time with kids. We had ‘The Room’ that is used on the photos and it really really is like that. That view! The place had a great vibe, with staff and other guests being warm and welcoming. We loved the shared fridge and kitchen- perfect for our kids who will only eat cereal for breakfast! The location is perfect. Right next to a lovely play area for kids, Anvers metro station is outside and the Sunday street market that filled then boulevard was great! The room was lovely- very nicely decorated and the kids loved the bunbeds. Loved sitting on our little balcony and enjoying that view. I can’t even write how perfect our stay was. I’ve never seen Paris look so beautiful and we can’t wait to return.

In Paris you tend to get what you pay for so if you book a budget hotel, lower your expectations!! That said, this hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. When I got to my room it was very clean, with a comfy bed and basic looking shower that actually supplied plentiful hot water. The guys at reception were pleasant. They let me drop my bag off prior to check in and let me leave it for a bit after I checked out. For sure there is noise from the street but as a city girl, I was not bothered and it was not excessive. Because the floors are not carpeted (they have new looking lino type floors) the noise from someone upstairs who did not take their shoes off was much more distracting!! The stairs could do with a good scrub to be more aesthetically pleasing but as I wasn't sleeping on them I didn't care. Super close to the Metro at La Chappell and an easy walk to Gare de I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. All in all, much better than I expected and I would stay again

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

Very nice and brand new hotel straddling the 1/2 area of ​​Paris. The n12 metro is very convenient directly under the hotel to get to the center in about 20 minutes. Nearby there is a very good boulangerie for breakfast. Possibility of luggage storage, very friendly staff. The room is small as is the bathroom but the value for money is excellent. The only negative note is the cleaning in the room and the change of towels: there is only one free per stay but when I made the request I was told that they would do it the next day and instead in 5 days of stay this is not never happened. Toilet paper and hairdryers must be requested at reception when it would be sufficient to have them in abundance in the room depending on the length of the stay.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

We stayed at GW for two nights. Montparnasse station and Danfer Rochelow station are about 13 minutes walk. Since the airport bus departing and arriving at Montparnasse station is gone, it is very convenient to be able to go to the airport without changing by RER from Danfer Rochelow station. The subway is about 8 minutes from Gete Station. Since it is a hotel on a big street, the surroundings are bright and you are not afraid to walk at night. Moreover, it is quiet at night. It is convenient because the monoprix grocery store near Montparnasse station is open until 23:40. One of the male staff at the front desk was surprised that he was good at Japanese. In addition, he was very kind. Breakfast is served with baguettes and petit size croissants, pan o chocolate, pan orezan in a basket. The baguette was delicious. Drinks can be served in a pot with coffee, tea or chocolate. Orange juice is also available. Then there are a few kinds of shelves of Financier, yogurt, jam and cheese. I thought I would go out to eat if breakfast was too much, but it was enough. Due to the depreciation of the yen, the hotel in Paris for the first time in 4 years was very expensive, and I was worried about where to stay, but I chose this place and it was the correct answer. There is a classic elevator and the rooms are large enough. There is no refrigerator in the room, but it was a very good hotel considering the price.

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.
