Didn’t know there would be no kettle in the room , and bed was kinda hard to sleep on , felt like I’m awake the whole time . Checked out early to find other hotels

This is a 4 star hotel and it looks like it was put together with ikea or children’s furniture. Very small space and tight. It was noisy inside the hotel. This location was in a dangerous area in the city. It was however close to the metro, bus and train station

Super nice new hotel right next to Gare de l‘Est and close to Gare du Nord. Arrived from London and travelled onwards to Germany so the location was perfect. The room was thought through, looked beautiful and the lounge area was super nice. Love the hotel and think it’s very contemporary, clean and quiet. Will come back. Maybe something that could be improved is more confident communication by the staff. Some were super nice, some ignored me a bit. Generally good job, Okko!

Great place to stay if you want to be near either Gare Du Nord or Gare de l’Est
No noise at all from the trains and a great bonus benefit of having the lounge with snacks and drinks too

Was very happy with Okko, would for sure stay again. Room was very clean, bed, blankets. Everything was spotless. No bed bugs for all of you who are worried about that. Lol. Thanks OKKO staff! 🙏

Absolutely lovely hotel, the staff were all amazing and very friendly.
Absolutely silent room , couldn’t hear any noise from outside whatsoever.
Will definitely be going back when we go back to Paris.

A nice boutique style hotel however we had horrendous sleep with the room located directly above the kitchen and service entrance outside with deliveries and heavy duty loading and unloading plus kitchen operating causing huge noise issues from 02:00 - 10:00 AM on each night. This was flagged to the hotel and seemed it wasn't the first time they had heard this complaint about the same room so I would certainly check where you are located to ensure a good night sleep, the hotel didn't seem very full so not sure why they would use this room as a bedroom as I would certainly say it is not fit for purpose and can be seen from the outside the poor positioning but I'm sure you would have a better stay in any other room and since leaving the hotel have refunded the booking.
