Overall, not a bad hotel. Good location, metro close, quiet area. Montmartre is 15-20 minutes walk away. The rooms are old, look like they were in the 80s, but there is a special atmosphere to them. Mattresses on the beds need to be changed. Room cleaning is a C. Soundproofing is mediocre. Breakfast is the usual French one - croissant, baguette, jam, butter, juice, coffee.

The location is very convenient near the subway.
The room is very small, with only one chair and one hanger for three beds.
I stayed there for 4 days, but no one cleaned or made the bed on the third day.
The water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low.

At first we were a bit worried, since there are many weird comments online. But since we couldn’t find anywhere else as cheap in Paris, we ended up booking it. It turned out to be totally OK ! Room was fine, cleaning lady was nice, and lobby 2/3 lobby guys are nice ! You get what the price is ! Plus good location (3-4 minutes walk to public transport, supermarket and laundry)

The staff was very helpful and friendly. This location offers easy access to Metro trains and busses options for getting around Paris anytime, day or night. Lots of great local restaurants and a great local bakery.

ZERO STAR HOTEL!!! I travelled with my Husband for our ANNIVERSARY to celebrate and make it magical. I did pre called and emailed the Hotel in advance they ensure we have a nice room. The phone was not working in the room. We reported it to the Reception the Guy did not even bothered to come upstairs to check or do something about it at all the whole time during our stay. 5 days the cleaners never come into the room clean or tidy, myself emptied the bin in the bathroom. WIFI was not working at all. The Television turned into Ghost and every night 2:00AM turned ON with a loud noise automatically. We almost jumped out from bed as it was so scary. We reported it as well to the Reception but the Guy unfortunately did not attend and nothing happened either. The sad part of it, the attitude and mentality for the Receptionist was extremely poor. He did not even put an effort he cares or come and check or apologized or whatsoever. I paid huge amount of money for 5 days stay and also for the facilities. I did not stayed there for charity! I am so upset because the Costumer Service was rubbish and even a Student Accommodation would be look after the Guest especially for a Special event like ours was. To give this 1 star is still not deserved!!!

The hotel is an old building that has remained in its original state! However, the essentials are provided: comfortable bedding, cleanliness, everything in good working order. Friendly, helpful, attentive staff! Of course you can find better in Paris, but it's more expensive! A downside for the breakfast, which is too basic for the price.

Hotel in its original form, the rooms are functional despite a very small bathroom. Disappointed by the breakfast, no choice possible, really a shame for a 3 star hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel well located close to the metro and Parisian tourist attractions

Excellent hotel, very good welcome, comfort, cleanliness, quality are there. Warm, colorful and nicely decorated space. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 2 minutes from the very appreciable Panacea training center. Thank you to all the staff at the Hôtel Félicité.

No real change since my last visit. OK hotel for one night, which is in its original state. Well located and convenient. No air conditioning and a minimalist bathroom. Decent size room. Difficult to work there, lack of space and sockets.

Simple and cheap hotel, rooms a little old but clean, very small bathrooms, towels (if placed on the floor) are replaced every morning, breakfast is a little lacking (a brioche, a piece of baguette, butter and two small bowls of jam. Pay attention to the accommodation proposals made by the owner (especially if Italian), in exchange for payment in cash, he offers you the addition of a "abundant" breakfast (as previously described) while still making you pay the tourist tax at the end It costs you the same as paying by card. It's a 2/3 minute walk from the subway.

An accessible hotel, reasonably sized room. Afterwards, it's in its own juice, especially in terms of the furniture. Quiet environment and for dinner the Batignoles district is a stone's throw away. No cb below 15€ so no room being prepaid I could not have breakfast
