Hotels near Fresque "Beauté dans la rue", Paris

I had a great stay at the hotel. Close to Line 7 Line, there are marts and convenience stores nearby, so it is good to buy water and drinks. I didn't get on the bus, but if I'm a butterfly pass, Trem, bus, etc. The center is too expensive, but the price is reasonable. The service is good and the staff is so good. I don't think it's known to Koreans yet, but I'm I used it well.

I have been towards many times in my younger days and I always found a little room in the centre of the city at a good price. This time I was going with the family. An entirely different proposition. My partner found this place. She is very good at finding something suitable. I was a little concerned at the distance from the centre of the city. We flew to Orly and got a taxi the hotel. The coach would have been €44 for the four of us. A taxi was €36 ! The hotel is basic. Flash it is not. However, clean, warm, nice bed, good shower, quiet close to the bus route into the city are all accurate comments. This leads me onto the buses and Metro etc. We got 2 days of travel on everything (zones 1 - 3) for the four of us for less than £25 each. Great value. There is an app that can help you get around if you are not c9mfy with maps etc. Hotel does breakfast but we did not partake so I cannot comment but the location was not too far out to allow for a good evening in the city and an easy and quick trip back to a warm comfy bed with a good sleep to look forward to. Views from the hotel leave a lot to be desired. On the plus side you can see where the hotel is because it is next to the big steam emitting chimneys beside the wonky office block ! 🤣

Le séjour de notre groupe scolaire dans cet hostel fut un désastre ! Nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes dès le début de notre séjour, notamment le service de réservation toujours en ”congés” qui répondait avec des délais jamais vu pour un service groupe, et de plus désagréable et non professionnel au possible. Dans l'ensemble, le niveau de service offert par le personnel était très bas, ce qui a rendu le séjour très désagréable. Le pire a été le service après-vente, où nous avons soumis une demande de geste commercial pour compenser les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés : - Douche qui fuyait dans une des chambres : l'auberge a répondu que les élèves l'avait ”cassée” ; c'était la CPE qui logeait dans cette chambre... aucun élève n'y était jamais entré... et on lui a donné une serviette pour éponger au lieu de la changer de chambre ! - Une autre chambre qui ne fermait pas : ils nous ont dit que c'était les élèves qui l'avaient cassés (encore c'est pratique!) alors qu'au check in, ils nous avaient prévenu ne fermait pas. - Il a fallu insister pendant 24h pour qu'il y ait quelque chose de fait, entre temps les occupantes, des filles mineures, ont dormi sans aucune sécurité au sein de l'établissement et le lendemain ont du laissé leurs affaires dans une chambre qui ne fermaient pas. - le petit déjeuner : un croissant réchauffé + une boisson chaude au choix entre du café, du chocolat et... de l'eau chaude, pas un sachet de thé ou autre ! C'est connu, les gens raffolent d'eau chaude le matin. Demande de remboursement d'un enfant malade qui n'avait pas pu venir, on nous a dit que le stock (d'eau chaude et de croissants congelés??) avait été prévu en avance et ne pouvait pas être remboursé. Malheureusement, après avoir essayé par tout les moyens d'avoir un retour qui ne soient pas des allégations mensongères pour justifier leur service médiocre, ce fût peine perdue nous n'avons plus jamais eu de retour du responsable de cet établissement ce qui n'est absolument pas professionnel au delà d'être juste correct. Nous avons même dû redemander plusieurs fois pour avoir la facture finale (et correcte !). Nous avons même essayé de contacter le service après vente du groupe LOUVRE HOTELS mais nous n'avons jamais eu de retour a nos nombreuses demandes : Nous avons bien reçu votre demande, d'ailleurs voici sa référence : **********7. Staying at The People Bercy was a wonderful experience. It was very conveniently located such that while we arrived as well as departed from the city, bus and metro station was just 2 mins walking. You can reach anywhere in Paris from here. Staff was very helpful, hotel was spacious, clean with a pleasant vibe. I and my husband stayed in a private room, it also had a cute little french balcony. Check in and check out was hassle free. Stay was worth every penny! I also cooked noodles in their kitchen, there were dishes that you can use and wash post meal.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. The front desk staffs were helpful but the manager didn’t fulfil our request. I spent high amount money for just one night with Eiffel Tower view and come earlier than other customers, when we go to the room we found a mosquito on the bed, so we asked for changing room in higher floor but be rejected. And people who came later were arranged to higher floor. I just felt being discriminated! However, the view and location is good but service and attitude needed to be improved!!

Location is perfect. The apartments view was stunning. The staff were, friendly for the most part. The Trip description said to call the hotel to arrange check in. I called 3 times, each time I selected the English option, I was on hold forever and nobody ever answered. Upon arriving, there's a check in desk. Please update the Trip description to reflect this. Also, FOR TRAVELERS LEAVING THE HOTEL, DON'T LET ANYONE LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT A KEY. YOU NEED A KEY TO GET IN THE FRONT DOOR. MY 70 Y.O. MOTHER WAS LOCKED OUT, IN DECEMBER, BECAUSE SHE WENT TO NEARBY RESTAURANT FOR COFFEE WHILE I SAT IN THE APARTMENT.

The hotel is located in an area that from what I could tell was undergoing transformation from what was probably a light commercial and office area being replaced by new apartment buildings which the hotel was part of and while the area was nice it wasn’t really convenient to anything. On the morning I needed a taxi the hotel tried booking me one but none were available in the area and I walked about two kilometres before I was able to hail one down. This is an apartment hotel and doesn’t provide all the traditional services you would get at a hotel but this one comes pretty close. A small lobby with some seating and vending machines and another area with some lounges and a game table. My room 311 had a handy entry area with a small shelf ideal for your keys and other small items and some coat hooks. The bathroom is off to one side and had a large open shower with just a shower curtain in my room which I think was because it was a disabled room. The shower was a good size but the floor of the shower which was a prefabricated tray didn’t feel as it was properly attached to the floor and had a fair bit of movement. The main room was a good size for Paris and had everything I needed for my short three night stay including a comfortable bed, desk with convenient power outlets and a kitchen which was well stocked with the items you would need on a daily basis for a short stay but more specialized appliances were available to borrow at the front desk like food processor, croc pot and crepe maker I think it was which was a good idea. Overall the room had a nice modern contemporary feeling and more than enough space. Being an apartment hotel concept the rooms are only serviced every seven days which is something to be aware of. I chose this hotel as it was closer to the place I needed to collect my leased car from and given that the French Open was on at the time my options were limited and the hotel had parking but as it turned out I didn’t need it as there was plenty of free street parking right outside the hotel on the two nights I needed it. I really like the Adagio chain of apartments in Europe and this was another great one.

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
