Hotel de Crillon A Rosewood Hotel

The real king returns to the stage of light, the crown belongs here. There is no one of them, Hotel de Crillon, is the only one. It is worth my personal and sincere recommendation. After a long history and evolution, the brand new look perfectly blends classical and contemporary top art and noble taste. Everywhere you look is full of details and detail of exquisite planning. The most precious value is every employee here. Every employee I met was the highest honor, they truly loved the guests who came here and did not hesitate to provide the highest standards of dedicated assistance to my needs. The hotel's personal butler will appear and arrange any activities I want in the first time, as sincere as treating family members, the staff here is full of smiles, and will greet with concern anytime, anywhere, want to know if guests still need their service. Of course, the price here is also high-end. It is indeed worth everyone to rest assured that the pleasure and comfort I have received far exceeds the definition of money. If you already like comfort, this is definitely the best place to live in Paris. If you want to spend a special moment and need a perfect travel experience, please quickly put aside other considerations and give yourself the most memorable joy and enjoyment of your life, you will have the most abundant experience and harvest. There are the highest standards of facilities. Beyond the excellent staff of other restaurants, the impeccable landmark environment, delicious and pragmatic exquisite cuisine. There are endless surprises, you can rely on yourself to get drunk, to understand that everything here is so special and precious, for the arrival of every guest. There are not many hotels that can be called Palace level, but Hotel de Crillon ,Paris. has opened a new era, rewriting a new chapter of comfort and luxury. The crown is back to the king, well deserved.

Renaissance Paris Vendome Hotel

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

The location is very good, three minutes walk from the Orsay Museum, 5 minutes walk to the Seine River, across the river is Tuileries Park and the Louvre, buses and subways are all around, 5 minutes walk, there are many places to eat around, very convenient !! The rooms are very elegantly furnished. They are large in Paris. You can buy a Paris pass at the front desk, and you can help to book a visit to the Louvre. Very good! Free coffee and cookies in the lobby! Very welcoming and small hotel

The location is very good, quiet, convenient and safe. The hotel facilities are also good and relatively new, and very complete. But the service is average, mineral water, toiletries, and slippers are not provided, and the room hygiene is average.

Close to the subway station, the transportation is very convenient. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. It is already very good for a hotel in the center of Paris. The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom equipment and accessories are also very useful, and the surrounding environment is good. It is within walking distance to the high-end business district full of boutiques, highly recommended!

Pay attention when booking a suite, it may be that the old decoration is very shabby and dirty, and there is no view, just a wall. We were lucky to have the gentleman who helped us with our luggage to help us straighten out and provide two rooms to choose from. Very good service, I forgot to ask his last name, but we will always remember him! grateful!
