Clean and comfortable room. Asked for a lower non smoking floor because I needed to leave early in the morning and I got a room just behind the receptionist that made me felt safe as a solo guest. Receptionist was accomodating. Cleaner on the hall helped show me how to open the door when I had a problem. The food that was ordered to the room was freshly made. The guard helped when I tried to order a taxi in the morning. Thank you for the hospitality.

We are booked for single bed type to front office,( 06/07/2022) while we;re coming to the room, they gave us twin bed type....then we complained to front office, they said single bed unavailable, it should be confirmed first before dealing reservations, however we are unsatisfied to these service....thanks in advance

When you have a job, try to get a cheap price, pretty good for that price. If you just take a break and do a job, zoom the wifi is tight.

The room was good and clean, smell nice but the receptionist was very slow. I was booked the room at 10pm and I come an 11pm and they said they haven’t got my booking yet. Never happened something like that since the first time I use this app. I have to wait for like half an hour and I can see so many people complain about that the key card that isn’t working. Was nice but will think twice to come back

beautiful hotel with excellent facilities yet in a location that is not good for walks. The highway can be a bit noisy too -- otherwise all was great. the breakfast buffet was nicely done with just enough of the right foods. well worth it to include in your stay. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough for a single traveler.

I don't know know to say that anymore, wowwww. This is a second time we stayed at sapphire sky hotel. They staff always give it warm wellcome when we arrive at the hotel. And also all staff well doing standart procedure during covid pandemic. Well done sapphire keep it up !!

Really okay! Here when there is a Super Junior SS9 concert at ICE BSD. It's close to the venue. It's close to the place to eat in the morning and evening so if you look for food, stay next door. The room is a bit small but it's okay because it's clean. 2 days full at the music set up Super Junior wkwk. Love!

I had a very pleasant stay here. Staff were very friendly when checking in even though the room wasn't ready since I arrived at the hotel very early before 12 PM noon and it was a high season. The beautiful architecture of the hotel make me feel enjoy to stay at this hotel. The swimming pool is awesome and has a very unique concept. The room is huge and quite clean, and bathroom is big as well. This hotel is not only has a amazing service and architecture, but also served delicious meals like other neo hotel served. Unfortunately, the WiFi speed was very low and the bath towel needs to be renewed, and the water heater wasn't too hot sometime. Overall, this hotel is very good and highly recommend to stay!

I just had an amazing Evening at Bigland Sentul for Romantic Dinner with my special one, a very nice view with a delicious meal, i give 5 star overall especially they service during stay. Room decoration was amazing, Food Perfect, and i would really recommend this romantic dinner for couple to try it. Thanks to Pak Rio -FO Manager- arranging my special momen 🙏
