So basically I stayed in this hotel 3 nights , they never changed the bed sheets , a friend of mine was staying in a hotel nearby and she wanted to come over but the receptionist didn’t let her and said to her that only costumers are allowed in this hotel because of covid but she said to me if you pay more money your friend can come over so that means the receptionist didn’t care about covid obviously she wanted me to pay more money but the funny thing is that she never told me this in the beginning so I would say no communication at all and very bad service I wasn’t happy. I was going to stay more but they didn’t deserve a penny more.
