My vacation at Radisson Blu was AMAZING. I even considered spending another night but they ran out of rooms. The area is close to the ***** and Moomba beach, service was amazing, and the suite was gorgeous. Views cannot be touched. I’ll be back.

Spacious room. Good location. Easy walking distance to Palm Beach without the very high room prices of the beachfront high rises. Some great staff members like concierge Valentina, towel attendant Raymond and front desk rockstar Leonardo. Minuses: Rooms not well cared for. Every other day room cleaning ( they did ours on request and with a generous daily tip ). Overpriced food at the rooftop pool ( 35 dollar club sandwich !) Non air-conditioned lobby.

Very nice property. Very clean and well kept. Problems with getting complimentary chairs on beach. Newly implemented reservation system not applied consistently among staff. We go for the beach so we would not return here. Infinity pool on 3rd floor is a nice spot to see sunset but restaurant menu needs to be revised to offer more options.

We got off a cruise ship and were advised a month ago that we could use there facilites before 4 pm check.in. we arrived at 8 am and they said no. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All the staff were just wonderful Leonardo when we arrived Santos and Jamella when we needed something and Zarikya and Dana when we checked out. Thank you Radisson Blu well done and thank you for allowing my son and I to serve you as much as you served us. We appreciate everyone.

Staff: The concierge for most of our stay was Valentina. She was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly. resourceful, full of helpful suggestions and assistance. Santos, a valet, was exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome . The cleaning staff are to be commended. The hotel is spotless.

The front desk staff, Joey, Leonardo & the entire staff were excellent. Professional and courteous. Thank you

We loved our stay at the Radisson Blu. It was VERY close to the beach (we only took the shuttle once), as it was a quick walk. The pools were nice and not too crowded (especially the adult only pool). The rooms were huge and very clean. We loved our stay and would return! Our only downside was there are not enough chairs/umbrellas at the beach or at the pool. They changed their policy and instituted a reservation policy halfway through our stay and didn't communicate this. Otherwise, we loved our stay!
