Hilton Garden Inn Panama City Downtown

If smiling faces and good service from the staff is important to you, I highly recommend this property. The restaurant was pretty good! Perfect for American tastes. The restaurant staff was SO friendly. I’ve been in Panama for several weeks and stayed in three other hotels. My experiences were functional, but not at all friendly with check in and out. Thanks for being such a bright light Hilton Garden Inn!

They wanne charge additional for early check inn but.waited till 3 oclock still telling me to give 10 min more to get room.

Nice hotel. Room sufficient size but could ue some updating og room. Shower - you get wet setting the temperature of shower. Excellent breakfast. Staff great.

Such a wonderful visit at the Hilton Garden Inn in Panama City, Panama. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was impressive. Thank you to Johan who really made our time even more memorable. Make sure to take a visit to the roof to see the city at night. 💯 worth it!

The hotel location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are very competitive. The staff were well above average. Actually, they were very responsive, respectful, understanding, and patient with me. My only complaint was that the rooms had no hot water. The hot water temperature was 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I tried very hard to adjust, but I could only endure 3 of a 19-day stay. I had to relocate. The sales professional failed to inform me of the lack of hot water. I guess it was a cultural thing.

The staff were wonderful, very attentive. Great breakfast, clean rooms, good parking. However, the rooms do not have hot water. I had a tour by a sakes agent a week prior to check-in. I was not told about the lack of cold water during the walk through. I complained to no avail. Was intended to stay for 19 days. Only stayed three days as I could not tolerate the cold water.

The staff is wonderfful. The hotel is clean and pleasant. It is just too expensive.

It’s okay for the price. Not a prime location. Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Hot water takes forever to come one. Also, they nickel and dime you. If you want to have a friend over or anyone not on the room reservation, they will charge you $27 each time even with your friend's ID! Additionally, they put a coffee machine in your room but make you buy your own coffee pods downstairs if you want them.
