Definitely not a 5-star experience! The service staff was certainly not 5-star quality; they seemed overwhelmed, chaotic, and non-attentive, even rude at times. We had to ask/remind them several times to get food/coffee. Some waiters even completely ignored me.
The same issue occurred at the pool – a waiter promised to take our order but never did. We had to chase after him. Room service was acceptable.
But the worst part was that we got food poisoning on our last evening! We ate at their restaurant, no outside food, and both my partner and I fell very ill. They apologized and promised to check the kitchen, but that didn’t help us. They took the in-room dining off our bill, but $150 can’t co****sate for our health and the four days we lost.
