This hotel is advertised as a place for "rest and rejuvenation" but when we were there they had rented the space out to a 150+ person event with a DJ until 1:30am. It was absolutely crazy. The layout of the hotel means that all our rooms were close to the recreation area where the party was taking place. We were given no warning before or after booking. Many other guests were complaining, like me, at 1am at reception when we were all supposed to be enjoying a quiet and restful night at a spa hotel. There is only one reason to book an event that would so obviously create such disruptive noise at what is advertised as a place for peace and quiet: greed. This hotel chooses profit over its guests comfort, and is willing to ruin their holidays so that they can take advantage of the huge pay from a big party. Disgraceful.

We stayed in Platja Pals for 2 weeks and wanted to extend our stay for a few days. This hotel had everything we wanted for a few days of rest. Good breakfast, 2 pools and lovely outdoor spaces. The only thing to avoid is the bar at the pool for lunch, the waitress was very friendly but the food was horrible.

Très beau site au calme mais à proximité de beaux villages à visiter Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique Même les chiens ont leur lit prêt à l arrivée...du jamais vu 😊 Quelques rénovations à prévoir notamment dans les sanitaires des chambres et la toiture qui commence à montrer des signes de vétusté Spa décevant.... température trop juste et buses qui ne fonctionnent pas Un séjour néanmoins très agréable loin de l agitation des barres d immeubles de la Costa brava nous reviendrons !

Si buscas relax , desconectar , poca gente, trato 10 , este es tu sitio. Jardines impresionantes , super bien cuidados , habitacion suit en la masia , super bien ,descansas de maravilla . Playa por la mañana o no... y hotel tarde noche ,baño piscina , cena perfecta ,y lo que mas nos a gustado es que al ser pequeño , hay poca gente .

Entorno inmejorable , cuando llegas te conduce ese camino a un espacio pensado para el bienestar y por fechas encontraréis silencio y tranquilidad s!! Espacios bien decorados acorde al detalle de una Masia Catalana . Servicio amable , pero poco profesional , por no saber como se elabora un trifásico de .. o dejarte en espera porque otro cliente pide después de ti una cosa consumición más sencilla de elaboración que la tuya ( aperol ). Limpieza excelente , todo impecable , aunque las amacas ya necesitan una renovación . La comida excelente dentro de una carta bien elegida y bien ejecutada . Totalmente recomendable . Una visita inolvidable llena de espacios bonitos y muy acogedores , regresaremos . Muchas gracias !!

Experiencia horrible. Queríamos descansar y hubo una boda hasta las 3 de la mañana con la música a tope. Si hay una boda/evento no pueden venderte una habitación a ese precio.. Al día siguiente trozos de chóped en el suelo. Baño no muy limpio y la habitación bastante antigua..

Très bel endroit, calme et arboré, eclairage des jardins avec goût, accepte non seulement les chiens mais ils ont un accueil specifique dans la chambre, grande chambre, belle salle de bain, personnel charmant, bonne cuisine, parking ombragé, salle de jeu .... à découvrir et à revenir.
