Medusa B&B

+ The location is excellent: the structure is near the central Palermo station and is about 15 minutes walk from the historic center + The owner of the structure is sympathetic and will be able to provide guests with information on the places to visit. During the stay, she offered us bottles of fresh water. The lady has a cat that loves to be dressed by the guests + I and my friend arrived in the building at 14.00. The room was already available + The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. The beds are comfortable + The common bathroom is spacious and always kept clean. Several products for personal hygiene are available to customers + Breakfast is abundant. There are coffee, milk, fruit juices, brioches, yoghurt, bread with nutella and marmelade, cereals + Wi-Fi is excellent - The hotel is located on the second floor of a little old palace - Via Roma has been trafficed since the early morning. Traffic noises are heard even if taxes are closed - When staying, the room has never been cleaned and beds have never been re-worked

We stayed for one night in September 22. The hotel is directly on the Main Street of Palermo near the bus and train station. It’s an older hotel and many of the facilities are dated. The lift is a museum piece. Our room was small and the bathroom was very cramped. The furniture in the room was showing lots of wear and tear. The room and bedding and towels were clean. The shower was very low pressure and temperature was hard to control. Couldn’t get the tv to work. No view from the room but very quiet. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop terrace that has a stunning view over Palermo and the hills and we watched a fantastic thunderstorm at dusk with some pricey G&T in our hands. Breakfast in the morning was a good selection of pastries with juice and coffee. We were early so the hot options had not arrived.

New structure with the pointing of things done well. Young and gentle staff. Very large and very high rooms, well furnished, with angle cooking, all new. Large bathroom with shower with hydromassage. Common spaces at closed and outdoor. Just next to the central station. Excellent quality/price ratio, very recommended.

#绝佳位置# It is very close to the train station, five minutes away, just on the opposite side of the train station, and across the street is a big supermarket, and not too far from the sights, walking. #房清洁# The room is large and comfortable, the bed is soft and large. #环境超好# The hotel is located on the commercial street, safe and reliable👌 #完美服务# The front desk brother is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It also helps us put the printed itinerary into the room.

Absolute perfection. I can't find another way to describe how Massimo and Fabio took care of me and my wife in our stay in Palermo for my birthday. This B&B is in a magnificent location in Palermo city center, very close to all the main attractions, transport stations and bars and restaurants on foot. It is located inside an old building but the B&B is completely new and refurbished in one of the floors. Our room was great, very comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat, with toast, cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, p (including Sicilian cactus figs), pastries, cereal, juice and great tasting Italian coffee. But the very best of our stay was our hosts, Massimo and Fabio who really know how to make their guests at home. Nothing is too much for them, they will recommend you nice places to visits, as well as restaurants, help with transport, etc. We hope that we can come back some day. One extra tip, the Ponticello restaurant down the corner is great and so is another place called Il Bisso, not too far from the B&B either. Fabio e Massimo, Grazie Mille!

The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel. The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.
