The location is great, the neighborhood at first seems dangerous and very neglected, however it is in a family environment close to the station and very well connected. Recommended to spend a couple of days in Palermo.

We went to the hotel for just one night, luckily!! The room did not have shutters that could be opened (I later realized that they were probably blocked because both views overlooked the internal corridor of the hotel), the shower was clogged and the water receiver did not fit in its socket. We found the bedspread stained. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty .

The air conditioning was broken, the kitchen was broken, no silverware, no pots, no plates no glasses, nothing!
The wifi was working one day, one day not, one day yes, one day not...
There were cockroaches in the room, the drains in the bathroom smelled horrible and the area where the hotel is located is bad.
We do not recommend this hotel.

The management rented their only empty room # 101 and when I went into the room there was a strong industrial cleaner or detergent smell. I left my baggage and when going out told the management about the smell. It was difficult to be in the room and when I showered it smelled like sewage or feces. I told the manager again and they put some air deodorant in the bathroom and I left the day after.

Dirty hotel..there was a kitchenette but I would never have cooked in it, the stove was even broken and unusable..not a very quiet area, no one ever at reception! I wouldn't go back, the area was very dirty and we were afraid to go back in the evening.

Un hôtel plutôt sécurisé, avec deux portes qui se ferment à l’entrée puis les logements individuels à l’intérieur, rue un peu bruyante et un peu sale mais il y a le bus 109 à proximité qui va dans le centre donc très pratique, quelques commerce et tabac (pour acheter les tickets de bus) à proximité.
Lieu assez ancien mais correct
Personnel ne parlant pas très bien anglais mais on a réussi à bien se comprendre
