The staff, the room, the view, the food - everything you name was first class, top notch! Loved the experience. Jacuzzi bath and the Breakfast option was cherry on top. Loved everything. Special mention to the staff who was so humble and helpful. Please do visit this property for a lux and peaceful stay.

It was a very wonderful trip we had.The room was super luxury & spacious ***** with the jacuzzi in washroom with all the advanced features & Amenities.The canopy style bed is very attractive and comfortable.The view from the balcony was just the icing on the cake.phenomenal view of mountains & tea gardens from balcony.The open dinning restaurant was very good.The food was wonderful in very affordable price,unforgettable taste.. special thanks to chef for offering us a very tasty food.The staff in the hotel is very professional & always willing to help of the guests.they take care of us very well.The hotel have their own beautiful tea garden adjoining the property.which is accessible for the guests to view,even they also offered Breakfast to us in their private tea garden which is a very memorable experience for us.At last I just want to mention if anyone wants a luxury & comfortable stay in Palampur you can go ahead with dak bungalow without any doubt because they provide luxury 5 star services to their guests in a very affordable price.Highly recommended

Exceptional service and excellent rooms . Food quality was very good . Umesh ji was very helpful and well organised . We We really had a great time . We will definitely come again . View from the property though was disappointing. Also outdoor areas are limited .

The ambience, staff and the hospitality was really great. It was a beautiful stay. This place took us to another century with every modernization possible. The architecture and the landscape was beautiful and very well maintained. Thank you for such an experience which is hard to put in words.

Staff staff staff! Infinitea Dakbanglow is a beautiful stay set into the side of tea gardens and mountains with fantastic views. It has 8 beautiful suites and has traditional welcome to the bungalow. The staff are incredible attentive, and made out stay very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great and the location is superb - it's quite nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a really relaxed feel and vibe.

I went to Dak Bungalow with my family and it was truly an amazing trip. The property is one of the best property’s in Palampur. We were looked after with much care and attention by Mr. Rishav and his entire team who made sure that our stay was comfortable. I would like to visit this property again. The food was very amazing and delicious. The Ambience was stunning.

Excellent All the things were up to mark. Rooms clean and well mentained. Food quality awesome. Live music just amazing. Swings for kids needed some more to be there. We enjoyed very much. We recommend this place for a good quality vacation.

One of the best experiences ever. We went for a peaceful family vacation and peace was what we got. They have got the cleanest rooms and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr Ayush Thapa at the reception and Mr Satish for the services for taking such a good care of us. Would like to visit again.

Very Warm team makes you feel welcome, We could not find a single fault. This is the best property we have spent a holiday in, The attention to detail is amazing and above all the team is very courteous nice and warm, We were warmly greeted by Mr Rishav Front office ***ager on check in, Sandeep was amazing in Restaurant he took care of our meals with lot of love, compassion and care. Chef made us the best food. Congratulations to the GM, His attention to detail and great team leadership reflects in everyone on the property. They have amazing activities. And a great spread of breakfast and daily complimentary high tea with bon fires. It is a great place to be with family and kids.
