ITC - Pine & Peak, As I am already have member of ITC and had stayed in couple of ITC hotels , but even though I have researched and selected the Pine & Peak for leisure trip for the kashmir as I am first time. It's calm and peaceful stay. Mr.Shahid and Shoaib were veryful in my trip to help better and given more than what they could in every aspect . It's a wonderful to stay in ITC, Rooms are clean, food is delicious. Had a nice rejuvenation in spa. And forgot to mention as they upgraded the room too as I requested them . My personal thanks total team of Pine and Peak Cheers ITC

Outstanding service, hospitality, and service. Sukanta, Fayazand the chef Omprakash and the team, went all the way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The view from hotel is breathtaking. Rooms all spacious, played Karom in recreational area, reminded me of my childhood

It is probably the best place to stay in Pahalgam. It's a nice property but still getting renovated. One can see the place requires sprucing up. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were good. They have a very defective air-conditioning system. It's a centralized system which either cools or warms. One cannot select the temperature one wants. Buffet breakfast and dinner are a good spread with a wide variety. They have recreation rooms with snooker, table tennis ,carrom and cards table. Well designed ! One thing that is outstanding is the service. In the restaurant special mention is of Fayaz, Suheel,Laiba for whom making the guest comfortable and welcome was the priority. They went out of the way to fulfill the smallest request. The housekeeping staff and other staff members were all very good. One would like to come back.

Thanks to Arif from reception team who updarede the room and the room decorations was osm it was a wonderful stay at pine n peak Pahalgam lovey staff javaid was also helpful the location is very amazing view river side garden is the best place to enjoy the evening

Pros - Probably one of the best places to unwind at Pehalgam. Very good views. Nice and clean property. The check in is quick. Shoib handles the reception very professionally. Very good food and service. Mr Fayaz , the restaurant ***ager is the best . He makes you feel at home . Javid, the housekeeping desk supervisor is also good. Stands upto the standards of Welcome by ITC Hotels. Cons- Like all other hotels and resorts in Kashmir region, alcohol is not served here. So come prepared. It's not riverside hotel. The Lidder river is visible from the lawns but is a bit away from the hotel . The employees lack basic ***ners and etiquette. They keep asking you to give good reviews and keep hovering around you in restaurants, which hindered my privacy. They should attend only when called. Room tip- All rooms facing riverside are having good views.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with excellent hospitality.speacially mentioning Mr shoaib and Mr Bashir the duty ***ager from front desk were very attentive went over and beyond for my self and for my family they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable...
