I and my family had to extend our stay by 3 more nights as the kids love it here bcos of the cozy homely feel coupled with the friendly staff. But as it is all good things come to an end as we had to check out today to move into our new apartment. Had to virtually drag my kids from the hotel as they want us to stay more nights before moving to the apartment. I sincerely want to thank Janmesh for being such a welcoming and kind soul and all the other members of his team at the hotel for making us feel welcomed and at home all thru our stay. I and my family are now loyal followers of the hotel and look forward to our next visit. I recommend the hotel in case you need a break and a quiet place to work or have some quality family time

Checking in and out is very simple. the person is very kind and helpful. the room was okay. when i check the bedsheet there some stain. also 2 towels are dirty.

I like this one will come back and.100% recommend.

Great location clean and great service and free breakfast great for the price

Out of all the hotels that I stayed at in that particular area, that was the best one i stayed at. As soon as I walked in you can see the cleanliness. Also they understand the meaning of hospitality, as i am in the same business in the culinary side of it. I just want to say thank you for a enjoyable experience. Ohh and the coffee was great. Guest rm. 203

The property was very kept with clean rooms and many amenities. Staff was awesome in helping with all my needs. Throughly enjoyed my stay and will stay here again in the future if in the area.

I decided to stay here based on the good reviews and overlooked the bad ones. I figured they must of had a bad experience, doesn’t mean I will. We were visiting our daughter who goes to SFSU we stayed Friday-Sunday. When we walked in it was decent. Settled in then I noticed cigarette burns on the bed I called front desk and the nice receptionist just changed the bedspread. Mind you, it’s a no smoking hotel. I was going to shower and there was hairs in the bathtub ugh!! I called and they would send someone to clean, no one ever came. I told my husband first and last time we are staying here I didn’t want to move or make a big deal since I got what I paid for, $97 a night. We weren’t at the hotel only to sleep, out and about all day. Sunday when we were getting ready to leave I nocited there were numbers written on the sheets not sure if these belonged to room 208 because that’s what it said in big letter, I just shock my head for sure never staying here again. On a good note the receptionist Jim gave us a good breakfast spot recommendation and it was delicious.

I stayed one night. Overall, clean and good service, with a few issues that I can overlook for the price. The beds are a little hard. They need blackout curtains, but luckily it's still getting light pretty late. I heard a little noise through my door, which seems to conduct sound well. There weren't many guests or that could have been more of an issue.
