"The location is nice and close to the airport and the buffet breakfast was really good.however, the area could be a lot cleaner. My room was pretty dusty and some mold in the bathroom. They need to do a deep clean."

"It's a nice and clean hotel. It's different from Asian hotels I've been to where slippers and other toiletries are provided (there are shampoo, soap, conditioner, and toilet paper, don't worry). It has a lot of restaurants by walking distance. Has enough parking space and they offer luggage storage for 5 USD per day. It's a bit old but there are no smells. I think you have to ask for room cleaning because they didn't clean my room automatically during my stay. No problem for me though as it was a short stay. They have fast wifi too and the staffs are helpful. There's typical American breakfast with banana, bread/bagel, cereals, coffee, and juices."

"The hotel location was convenient BUT the service was not great. I am loyalty member and was not greeted or recognized for the level of loyalty, even when I asked about adding the points. The service on the desk was minimalistic and not very customer focused at all."

The front desk didn't explain it, so we went upstairs to look for it for a long time and asked her again before she personally led us out and walked through the parking lot to another building. It doesn't work if I swipe the access card, and it doesn't work if I change it. In the end it was up to her to do it. Old equipment. Breakfast was not bad."

On the positive side, the hotel's surroundings feel quite safe, and there's a small supermarket at the gas station across the street where you can find many basic necessities. There's also a restaurant next to the reception area for dining. Overall, the hotel's service is pretty standard, with front desk staff able to handle basic requests."

"There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, and a bus to the city center at the door. It costs $2 per person. It is convenient to travel and the environment and facilities are OK. The only problem is that the deposit refund is too slow, and they also charged an extra construction fee."

"Simple and clean. But I cannot find hair dryer in my room, after I took a shower….they can’t call front seat from rooms, you need to go out using a public telephone near the elevator. My hair was all wet, night shift staff didn’t really helpful…at first he said sorry that room service is closed can’t help! I asked him to find one, he promised will go find one and call me back. He did not call back…I wait for 10minutes then I went out calling him again. He just asked me go down pick dryer up…"

"Having a full service hotel is FANTASTIC!! laundry is free and the machines are kept up. Even a phone line designated to tell you what is free or in use. Breakfast will get you through your morning and the staff is 100% on point!!! All rooms have the kitchen basics which is so sooo helpful"

"Pretty shabby. 1 star max. The server got good attitude on phone but never got promise delivered. Without saying anything when checking in, King size got changed to double double, saying the rooms were overbooked which I have never heard in my half centuries’ life. My wife lost her outfit there. Should be lost and found but they never returned call as promised. Price is high comparing its environment, facility and services."
