My room is disgusting. Stains on the bedsheets, the bathroom looks like it hasn't even been wiped down in weeks. The bathtub floor is black. The flush button on the toilet is blue-green with grime. The lotion bottle half empty. This is my second awful experience at this hotel. Don't bother asking for help either, the last time I was here I was locked out of my room for 6 hours as maintenance could not be bothered to replace the batteries on the keycard swipe system.

My stay was disappointing the day after my arrival, although my reservation was for 2 people, I was told that my reservation included the consideration of only one breakfast, so it remained my responsibility. After several days of hectic discussions they agreed to take into account the 2 breakfasts.
Second thing, following the use of a poorly functioning payment terminal, my credit card was debited from my bank account twice. I pointed it out to them with proof provided, they never wanted to reimburse me, pointing out that the hotel declines all responsibilities and that the reimbursement should not be through their bank. ??. In the meantime I have twice a consumption amount for €88 and I have never been reimbursed
