I had a good experience for the most part. There was a little bit of difficulty corresponding with the front desk person but all worked out okay.

the rooms are dirty and when I arrived the sheets hadn't even been changed, the bottom sheet had hair everywhere and the top ones were stained with blood, I notified the reception but as a result the next day they didn't even make up the room, I go down again and at 8 they came up to change the sheets... but no cleaning. Every day the bed was not made but only the sheets were pulled up, the floor where it was sticky and stained remained like that for the whole week. On the other hand they changed all the towels the days even if there was no need (so much for the waste).

Not bad location in the south of Strasbourg, friendly staff, clean room. It's effective. A good transit hotel. Possibility of parking easily. And we are quickly on the highway. Also nearby catering options.
