The hotel has an excellent location and modern decoration. The entire hotel gives a clean impression. The rooms are equipped with necessities and are usually very spacious. In my opinion, the service is very good, the only downside may be that unfortunately our room cannot be checked in early, even though I have called me a few days in advance. Unfortunately, because the hotel is fully booked, it cannot be upgraded. In the end, I voluntarily gave up the kitchen (apartment/studio) and downgraded, and got a room in the ”comfortable room” category, which was also very spacious and quiet. However, the staff were very friendly and finally provided us with a good solution. That was certainly not the last time in this hotel.

We had to go to the reception everyday because of issues with the keycards not working. Stayed 7 days in total, 2 couples with 2 rooms. Our room was away from the club, so we would only hear people outside and ofcourse the ambulances, since the ER is down the street. The other room got heavily disturbed by the club until 6am even with windows closed, glass was shaking from the bass and they barely got any sleep. We also have been told on the day we arrived, that the spa would be open from 19-22 only to figure out on the last day that they meant the Sauna area. Could have used the whirlpool everyday but missed out on it because of the staffs poor english skills. We had to use Google translate to ask for a new towel at the reception. We also overheard the cleaning staff talking really judgemental about the amount of empty bottles they have found in our rooms. Overall the hotel was really clean and modern, the restaurant food was good and the drinks were tasty. We will chose a different hotel next time.

As we were driving wanted a hotel with parking and walkable to town centre so chose this hotel based on TA reviews. Parking booked and available although EV chargers were not working which was annoying. About a 20 minute walk to Old Town that was flat and easy. Hotel staff were all professional and helpful and my lack of German wasn’t an issue. Room was a good size, spotlessly clean. Air con worked very well, especially as it was hot on our visit to Osnabruck. WiFi quick and stable. Breakfast was average. Nothing wrong just not special. Bed was comfy. Big bathroom with easy to operate shower.

Room: We had family room No. 306. It is in the 2nd OG, behind. The room is small but totally functional furnished. Double bed (1.60m wide?) and two floor beds. The room includes a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing basin. All was clean, there was nothing to expose. The beds were hard enough, the room was not too cold and not too hot. Otherwise there is air conditioning. Service: The reception was nice, all questions were answered immediately and formalities were completed quickly. Breakfast: When we went to breakfast Sunday morning at 9:00, we adapted a temporarily unfavourable moment, much was no longer available. But the condition was only about 5-10 minutes. Then there was everything again in sufficient number: normal breads, about 5 varieties of hair cut, 2 varieties of skip cheese, frisk cheese, fresh fruit salad, several musli, several marmelades, nutella, eggs, and a lot more. Many milk products were bio products from Andexer. The breakfast room is clean, beautifully large, very bright and with direct view to the train station. Concluded: We would come back. Definitive.

The room smells smoke, which did not remove it by 2 hours of air across the terrace door. I had booked a Junior Suite Deluxe. No culinary from the Boarding House to offer me another room. The ”Juniorsuite deluxe” had swept strong traces of use (wooden floors) bank before the bed and the carpet. The terrace was equipped with green span and not coated. 2 cages below the hang that dropped on one side. I couldn't sleep well in bed, but hard mattresses are tasty matter. Unfortunately, my complaints were not addressed as I wished. On the contrary, I was threatened to take legal steps in case of a bad or untrue assessment. I have not yet experienced this in any hotel/boardinghouse. I can't recommend it anymore for this reason. The photos on the page do not correspond to the reality! With the exception of the narrow deep garage, from which you almost do not get out with a big car, once. That is simply sad and disappointing as it is dealt with here with guests. And that for this pride price - in no way it was a suite and not at all deluxe!
