"The room and the hotel itself were lovely - clean, modern, and good food. Only minor gripe was our shower gel was empty from when we arrived which feels like a shame that was overlooked. But otherwise the service was great and the staff were friendly. The main reason I've only given this 3* was the noise - the hotel is right next to a nightclub, and our room was on the nearest side. There was pumping music even at 1am, which we could hear with all the windows closed and wearing earplugs, so our sleep wasn't super restful. If there were no noise, or it stopped at a more reasonable hour, I would go back in a heartbeat, but this put us off returning unfortunately!"

"Very cute hotel in the heart of town. Rooms are excellently maintained and the hotel is dog friendly, though they charge extra for a dog in the room. We visited during the June 2026 heatwave and whilst there was no aircon, they did provide us with a fan for the room, which was very helpful. There is an electric car charger in the basement. However, the charger for non-Tesla cars is out of order. The Tesla charger was working, but as mine is not a Tesla, it was only delivering 1.5 kW which was not enough to provide a full charge. The hotel normally charges 20 euros for charging, but as it was so slow for me, they charged me based on actual usage at the rate of 50 cents / kWh. Very helpful staff. Would definitely visit again, preferably not during the heatwave. Last but not least, the shower is amazing! You can turn on both the rain shower and the handle shower together and it was by far the best shower facility of any hotel I've been in. Very luxurious!"
