The hotel needs a facelift and maintenance. The bed mattress in my room was old and needed to be replaced. I was given a new room when I reported the mattress issue. The reception staff was very helpful during our stay. The shower curtain only covers one side of the tub and leaves one end open so the water goes out on the floor while taking a shower. The breakfast buffet is ok but not great.

Great hotel near center of Osh city, great service and rooms quality is good, in the hotel also restaurant and good location for get a taxi, possible could book room via many travelers of apps, also balcony in some rooms

Classic is a good hotel. My room was clean and spacious with a balcony. Breakfast is a reasonable spread, not vast but you won’t go hungry; and location good for the city centre. It’s also very well priced - so if you’re paying $60 a room what’s not to like.

I realize this is Osh and not a large city. But the Classic must have been a nice hotel a while ago ; clearly the standard has not been kept up. There was no provision in our room to open a couple of suitcases, the bathroom and amenities were really poor, towels a scary grey. Breakfast very disappointing. Maybe the pandemic knocked the business around, but they need to make a serious effort to do better.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Overall good. But the breakfast could be better (tasteless fruit, empty trays of food are not quickly replenished), but the staff is trying, the hotel restaurant itself is beautiful. The lobby is nice and cozy. Nice pool, with incredible opening hours from 7 am to 10 pm! The only strange thing is that you have to take a towel from your room (or provide it for a fee). Of the minuses: our room (609) did not have a safe. Pros: comfortable beds, good TV, consumables in the bathroom were replenished without reminders. I was pleased with the cooler in the lobby (you can refill bottles with drinking water, which is rare for hotels). It’s no problem to call a city taxi when checking out (for example, to the airport). The staff is polite and hospitable.
