Location, location, location excellent, close to everything, clean, free coffee and water 24/7 . Loved the location next door to subway station.

I am satisfied on my stay and will come back again. It is recommended for couples or business travelers and I enjoyed the complimentary drinks as well.

Well, for this price, only I can say good things. Clean, comfortable bed, noisy (the train, and the guests, people making noise till 1 am) the women's bathroom was on the reception, quite incovenient, but it was great. Just besides the metro and the JR, 35 min direct to the airport. Great value for the money.

It’s like you get what you pay for. Room stinks like cigarets. Very noisy because of the railway station. There weren’t enough sockets, just one for the tv, so I had to plug it out to be able to charge my phone. Room and toilet were pretty clean, but the hot springs room is nothing like it looks in the photos (it might be man’s one). Women shower and hot springs locate on the first floor near the reception and the place is very tiny for number of guests who use it. There wasn’t hot water in shower cabins, so I had to go to the hot springs room and use it there. Well I did not really enjoy my stay there and next time would chose hotels more carefully

Good Price , close to subway station. it's good for the traveler came from KIX airport took with Rapi:t express , its take 5 min to reach the hotel.

It is literally in the heart of Osaka, everything is close distance, you just walk around and can also take a train. It gives you the Japanese feel.

Perfect place, family mart 1 min away same for the station. Hotel is litterlay 1m away from the exit of the train station. And the noise wasn’t disturbing me. I recommend it

Very accommodating receptionist. It has a great location where you can easily ride a train in just a minute of time by walking. It’s an affordable rate but worth the stay.

The room is small but functional but smelled like cigarets when we specifically choose a non-smoking room The communal bathroom was really spacious and clean, the toilets too.

Very nice place. Looks new. You can have free coffee, tea, green tea, hot chocolate in the lobby every day. Only 10 seconds from closest station.
