Our room overlooked the very busy railway lines (6 lines I think) so we couldn’t leave the balcony door open and the aircon didn’t cool. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk amenities at all even when I asked for some. All digital checkin and checkout which is fine but I wouldn’t stay again. Close to good local restaurants and of course the train station.

覺得很適合親子住，有廚房、洗衣機、衣架、洗衣精、換洗用具各方面都很方便，房間很大交通便利，因為離電車很近所以會聽到聲音以外其他都很棒，但是其實回去都累了也不在乎這些聲音

清潔感はあります。夏場なので特に冷凍庫があるのは有り難かったです。水や保冷剤を凍らせて翌日の熱中症対策に役立ちました！ ただ、事前にオンラインチェックインが必要と言う割にリンクもQRコードも送られて居らず、暑いなか建物にも入れず電話で問い合わせなければならず、入ってからも使いにくいタブレットで同行者全員の氏名を入力しなければならず、とてもイライラさせられました！事前に電話で問い合わせたときにはオンラインチェックインなど必要無いように言われたのに！
システムがうまくいってないようです。

酒店最近千日前線鶴橋站或JR大阪環狀線鶴橋站，前者2分鐘步行到酒店，後者5分鐘。房間空間感足夠，生活設備大致齊全。如果洗衣機有乾衣功能，與及房間有熨斗可用便更好了。另酒店是自助登記入住的，店方遲了一天給我們門禁資料，以致我們半夜急著以電郵聯繫店方，入住過程有少許延誤。
其餘都很滿意。
