House 1938 Special Cave Hotel

We chose this hotel for a 5-day, 4-night holiday with my fiancée. From the moment we entered the hotel, everyone welcomed us with such a warm and friendly smile that their energy passed on to us, too. Ms. Şaziye at the reception was a sincere, smiling and very polite lady. He was always there for us whenever we needed him. Our requests were fulfilled immediately without any disruption. There wasn't a single thing we weren't happy with during the day we spent at the hotel. House keeping officer Ms. Neslihan was very helpful in cleaning our room and meeting our needs. She is a very polite and friendly lady. I strongly recommend the hotel. ***et is a good choice for both families and couples. You should definitely choose it. Thank you very much for everything. I would definitely choose it again.

Breakfast service is a fiasco. 5 of us stayed in 2 rooms. We decided to have breakfast at the same table as a family. The girls came a little later than us because they were staying in another room. As the 3 of us were about to finish our breakfast, our daughters arrived. However, we had to ask for everything one by one, as if it was a two-room service based on the number of people. When we asked for fruit juice from other tables, we were told it was out of juice and then it was forced upon us. The standard omelette and french fries were not served. They brought it after I asked. Pancakes were not brought to the girls. And on top of that, we were asked for our room number. I think they were questioned whether we were hotel guests or not. If hotel owners put a table for 5 people, they should keep track of who comes there and when. If they cannot follow it, they should put tables for 2 people so that they can provide standard service. We wanted to have a nice day as a family, but unfortunately we left feeling depressed and angry.
