What a great location. There was a bit of trouble getting into the property since there was a large construction project going on across the street, but we figured it out. Super close to Universal! The hotel got extremely busy in the breakfast area and they had trouble keeping up with demands on a Friday morning at about 8 am. Other than the breakfast issue, it was a very pleasant stay!

Only thing didnt like about this hotel...housekeeping...felt it wasnt properly cleaned ....sink was clogged and food was stuck and smell pretty....not everything there to make coffee...otherwise staff was friendly. We stayed 6 nights ...breakfast was ok. Same thing every morning.

Few issues I had, refrigerator was small compared to other rooms I have stayed in with kitchens, and one of the pillows smelled, the shuttle service was useless too limited only used it 1 day for the morning because they had such limited times but that’s not part of the hotel it’s run by universal but don’t count on it, it’s a 15-20 min walk to where the shuttle drops off but took 20 mins to wait for the shuttle and the ride so useless
Otherwise a great stay, good breakfast, spacious room, good location, nice pool, kitchen was useful for us

The hotel itself is good. However, this property is not a good choice for those who aren't traveling with a car. Bus access is extremely limited, and the walk is along six- and eight-lane highways and dark overpasses if you miss it. The hotel itself is fine, but factor in Ubers if you are going to stay here.
