"Independent local hotel in isle about 1 hour ferry trip from Trondheim harbour. Beds and bedlinen, pillows, duvets etc vere very comfortable. Superior views from seaside rooms, especially in the morning sunrise. Room itself was clean and silent, quite small and more or less basic. Quite long walk to some rooms and stairs also on the way, so for old or invalid people good to note when making reservation. Restaurant offered very good dinner with professional service with introduction of local rawmaterials and especially 60 different Akvavits...Also early breakfast was very good. Ferry comes and leaves right in front of hotel, so very easy to come and go to hotel. Would recommend, if ever have reason to stay in Orland."
