No hot water in the morning at 6am. After running for minutes only barely did it get luke warm. At my age I havent taken a cold shower in a long time. So not happy. The TV remote didnt work either. It was a very old TV at that but not there to watch TV. The free breakfast was also sub par but understandable to a certain extent at that price point. I did call to inform the desk and there was not even a hint of a customer service attemt to even discount or refund a portion of our stay. I mean it is 2024 and you gotta have hot water. It was very clean though so that was an upside.

Room was really clean and well appointed. Staff was very professional and courteous. The breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast. Coffee is available from 5a-10p and breakfast starts at 6a. Walls are a little thin, but overall not an issue. Shower is nice with a tall shower head, and hot water. Bed was super comfy. Location is super convenient to highway, restaurants, shopping, etc. I'd stay here again.

I typically only write rave reviews...however I was displeased with this experience.
When I arrived I felt like I was an imposition to McKenzie. Then, I did not have hot water and she did nothing about it. I was charged the usual $50 for incidentals. It has not been refunded 3 days later, even though I left the room immaculate.
On the brighter side, the front desk person the morning I left was fabulous. Thank you for being so kind and friendly.

This hotel is VERY well maintained. It is nicely decorated and every detail is tended to. I really enjoyed the quiet orderly atmosphere, handy safe parking, and pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

It was a quick stay on our way down to the Arches. But totally worth the stay because it was exactly what we needed and a reasonable price. Also, super clean and quiet.

There was no hot water in the shower and we had to turn the heater up to 85 to get any warmth in the room

Easy to book. Fairly close to the interstate. Easy check in. Accommodated us with a different room. Only slight problem was that the toilet tank leaked off enough that it would refill about every 10 minutes. A little annoying going to sleep.

Most everything seemed fairly new. The facilities were clean. I was hoping to use the hot tub but it was out for service.
